how long does it stay on when parked?

With the included 12 volt cigarette lighter adapter, the camera will only record while power is supplied to that port. with most vehicles this means that it will cut off as soon as you turn the vehicle off. With the optional hardware kit you can make the camera stay on even while the car is turned off by wiring it into the car fuse box to a circuit that does not turn off. However, this camera does have a small battery and if that can explode during this type of operation. If you are looking for a true buffered parking mode dash cam there are much better options from Thinkware or BlackVue at a higher cost. At a slightly lower price point you can also get the Thinkware fa200 IR that has a supercapacitor rather than a battery. I would recommend this over the van true if you plan on leaving it in your vehicle.

Can the vantrue n2 pro dual dash cam recognize and use a 128 gb sd card if formatted to fat32?

Same here, upgraded to latest firmware v17, which supports up to 256Gb.
Recorded video and photo snapshots and when connecting to computer, I only see empty DCIM folder.
If I format microSD card on a computer to FAT32, the dash-cam won't recognize it.
I can still see videos if I go to Files section on the dash-cam so it's not the problem with microSD card. 
Any comments?

How long will it record with a 64gb card before it starts to record over previous files?

The 64GB sdcard can hold up to 6 1/2 hours of files when recording at the default recording resolution.  After 6 1/2 hours of continuous operation the dash cam will begin to automatically delete the oldest video clip so as to create room for the next video clip it will record.

Yes, and the adapter has abusb slot to charge something else. It’s not a low power slot either
