Marvel Legends Series 6-inch and Spinneret Action Figure 2-Pack, Includes 10 Accessories

I love it! It came in a little messy packaging but nothing too bad. It came with everything as advertised. I am very impressed with the figures, especially Spider-Man. He reminds me of ALL the animated Spider-Men I grew up with. His eyes remind me of Ultimate and MTV Spider-Man, the suits colors reminds me of the 90s animated series, and I could go on but I'm not. The articulation is great, not stiff or loose, just about right. A lot of poses to do, but a little challenging without stands to respect Spidey's athleticism. I can't say much for MJ, she has a cool look but I just couldn't own a Spider-Man figure without his love interest, even if she's for the streets currently. . . (Paul? Seriously, MJ?)

So I ordered this new a few weeks ago, got it today and opened it, MJ/Spinneret figure was amazing, but Spiderman's left knee joint was literally fused straight, and he had 2 right feet. I've been collecting Marvel Legends figures Especially Spider-man ones my whole life, Hasbro up until today hasn't disappointing me with their new line, but this was just a total lack of quality control. The worst part is nobody would notice this kind of this until they opened the box, because in a stupid decisions they've decided to take away the view window from their packaging making it a solid box with graphics on it, and a bunch of little papers to just add to your trash. The box issue annoyed me when I got the Knull Venom set, but the figures there came fine and looking great so it was a non issue. This case however highlights the biggest issue with it, and that's the ability to hide obvious quality control issues from the consumer until they've already bought it. I ordered a new set and am returning the bunked up one, but here's to hoping this was a fluke. If this kinda thing is a rarity then I for sure recommend these figures to both kids and adult collectors alike. The colors and sculpt and articulation "on Spider-man in particular" are by far the best of any of the Hasbro Marvel Legends and easily has the makings to be the best Spider-man they've made period, the toe joins being a nice touch. He has a very flexible torso, and with the alt hands you can pose him in basically any way you want. Spinneret is ALMOST as good, but the lack of a waist joint (I don't know why they don't give there female sculpts waste joints) and not having the toe joints, it makes it like a teir below Spidey. Its by far one of the best "Spider Women" figures they made looks great, and again with the alt hands just poses super well with any other Spider-man figures you got. Over all this is a 9/10 figure set, it's probably be 10/10 if I didn't get a defective one. Hopefully I'll be back in a few days to rectify that. Update. Got my new set with nothing wrong, this is by far the best Spiderman figure Hasbro has produced. Amazing articulation a great color scheme and the alt hands are a nice touch. You can actually have him stand on his hands. Just if you get a defect one, return it and reorder a new one, because this set is worth having. 10/10

This is a very awesome 2 pack for Spider-Man fans or even Marvel Legends collectors. The price however isn't so which is why I waited until they were on sale from Amazon thanks to a savings coupon as well as them being sold out until more arrived in stock. Articulation joints and dynamic posing are pretty easy, extra set of hands and unmasked alternate heads for both figures provide plenty of customizable poses. I was worried they were going to be paint damage or missing accessories since Hasbro started using windowless packaging but fortunately everything came out great. The only downside I came across was just the Spider-Man body mold has minor but slightly eye-irrating paint marks on the top right arm that has a black spot and some decal scratches on the back of the spider emblem. This is still a great set to own despite the price inflation.

I actually really enjoy what Hasbro did with this two pack, just a start off Spider-Man has amazing articulation I think he actually has pretty close articulation to the toy biz, Spider-Man’s. And this is also the first time we’ve gotten a spinnerret figure. Other than the Funko pop, and this two pack also comes with a surprisingly good amount of accessories you get two unmasked heads for both of them, a great variety of hands like wall crawling, hands web shooting hands fist, other than my one gripe, which is the price tag, which is a little high, I actually really enjoy and recommend this Hasbro Spider-Man 2Pack.
