Although it says big kid bag. This is suitable for 3-5 year Olds only. It looks really good and quality is excellent.

My son loved the bag and wanted to keep it. It has a transparent front pocket, it is light weight. The quality seems okay for the price. Has no cushioning for the back. Had to keep it only because of how appealing it was to the person who was going to use it.

My son had the smaller version of this backpack which he loved. We bought this bigger version for him as a replacement. The regular kid backpacks overwhelm his frame but this one is the perfect size.He loves it!The way this backpack zips open is great as it leaves less room for anything to accidentally fall out. The main compartment is large and fits quite a bit! Material seems durable as well, and his old backpack lasted him quite a while.The only concern I have is for the smaller compartment on the front. It’s made of a thick plastic material and I’m not sure how it will hold up to wear and tear, esp with a young kid handling it.

I love skip hop products since having kids. I needed to upgrade my son's toddler backpack to the skip hop sparks 'big kid' backpack. It was worth the wait. My son is in love with his new backpack and wears it around the house pretending to be a rocketship flying into space. It's a perfect size for my son but, I thought it would've been a regular size backpack. All in all, great backpack for kids!
