I am heavily reply on reviews. although i like its design, i need some advice. has someone used this suitcase? tks.

Once in 2018, I was passing by Times Square in New York and saw a Nasdaq advertisement featuring Hanke-branded luggage. Later, I bought one of their suitcases on Amazon to try, and it has been used for more than 3 years without any problem. This time I found their new design and immediately tried it out. As always it did not disappoint me, better quality than Sam's and great value for money. More importantly, I like the new and stylish design, and it does hold more than normal 20" suitcase. Trust me, choose it and you won't be disappointed.

Is the capacity of this side open luggage be larger than that of ordinary double-opened luggage?

The capacity of this side open luggage is larger than the traditional suitcase which is open from the middle of it. Because the side opening design does not occupy the inner capacity. Most importantly, it is completely effortless to open or close this travel harside suitcase. Rolls really nicely and the lock is a nice touch. Pretty good carry on luggage for you!

Question 3

This suitcase can only be opened from the front, not from the middle aluminum frame?

Dear Customer,
This carry on suitcase is only opened from the front zipper with TSA lock for a vertical packaging as our pictures shown. "Aluminum Frame" means the new fashion rigid frame, and it provides stronger compressive support and impact resistance for the hardside PC case, it can't be opened from the middle aluminum frame to reach the main compartment, it is opened from the front. How can i change the tsa lock combination?

We are so glad to answer your question. This luggage is built in one-touch TSA lock with 008 lock cylinder, and TSA 008 provides the upgraded safety of opening and closing guarantee, and it is more efficient and convenient to use.
Step 1.Original password is 0-0-0 for new suitcase, press down the button to unlock;
Step 2. There is a small hole on the lock, use a pen to press down the reset Button(the small hole) and turn the Dials to reset new combination;
Step 3.Press the Open Button again, new combination is changed successfully.
