This arrived in four large boxes. It took a few weeks for it to arrive, we received a call saying that a special route was made to our location. This couch is absolutely perfect if you have children, especially toddlers! The lounge has a large storage space. We are able to put two full-size pillows, a comforter, two Winter blankets, two flat sheets, and six throw blankets into the storage space. We bought this for the pull out bed as we moved over an hour away from our closest family and we wanted a couch that turned into a bed for a visits. My family slept on the couch for about a month. While we were doing renovations in our bedrooms. The couch is firm and comfortable. I would say that it takes about a month worth of sitting to start losing the initial firmness. The main thing that drew me to this couch, were all the people complaining about how firm the couch was.... I absolutely love how firm the couch is, I would prefer to sit on something as firm as this couch rather than sitting into a marshmallow and having my back hurt. The couch offers very good support. Whether you are sitting on the couch, or sleeping on the couch, the support is very good! We know that the couch was not meant to be used as a bed for a month straight, but we have no regrets on this purchase at all. It was super easy to put together. Installing all four pieces took maybe 30 minutes with me and my partner.

I love pretty much everything about this couch, other than the length of the futon. It's still super comfortable, it is pretty firm but its honestly better than the bigger couches that swallow you. However, the length is great for my 5' 3" wife and too short for me (6' 1".) The assembly was really easy and only took about 30 minutes to fully put together alone.Pros: Easy Assembly Comfortable Fast Shipping (For a couch of this size) Storage!! Doesn't swallow youCons: Not ideal for tall people but what is? lol

2nd UPDATE (June 5) I finally received replacement for this couch and they sent the completely wrong piece after providing pics and item number and letter of which piece was broken and explaining it is the pull out middle section where it is so bent out of shape pull out section cannot hold in place and be rolled in and out. I was sent the left part of the couch. I can’t even use this piece in the middle if I wanted to just give up on having pull out because the connecting parts on its sides will not work for the middle. It’s not interchangeable with other parts. It’s left side is only for arm rest to slide in, impossible to be used to replace broken middle section.UPDATE-(May 6) it has been 3 weeks now and I am still with a broken sectional with no real answer from this company about a replacement for broken part. Absolute nightmare. Never buying a big furniture piece like this off Amazon again. Not worth the time hassle and money. Just save up ur money a bit longer for a better quality piece of furniture and a company u can deal with in person.Just got this couch in today(April 15). I put together the first 2 pieces of the couch just fine. Was looking real good. When I opened the 3rd box of the couch right away noticed the corner was messed up a bit. I put the legs on it then laid it down flat and realized it was completely crooked and all 4 corners were not touching the floor. The sides are so crooked and it’s wibble wobbly like it’s going to snap and break. It’s so crooked I can’t get it to grab on and latch on to the other section of couch because the left side is so bent in. ☹️. Idk what to do. Waiting for an email reply from the seller in the meantime. Scared to open the last box now.

We had bought a couch four years ago and our dogs ruined it because they constantly jumped on it and laid all over it. So it took me a while to find something new that would be worth the money, comfortable, and have enough seating for family. This couch is super comfortable, a little stiff at first but we didn’t mind. Easy to put together, took two people and about 30 min. Love the pull out feature for movie nights and lounging around. The fabric is nice. Overall it is a great couch and I highly recommend. We have slept many nights on it when we had a power outage and were comfortable! Love that there is also storage in it for all our blankets. Super happy with this purchase

I've owned this sofa for 1yr now and it was definitely worth the money. The seat and back cushions are still comfy I've slept on it multiple times. 👍

For mechanical wise I'd give it a 10. It's very easy to assemble dont need instructions on this one be pretty hard to mess up as its all one way to go together. 2 people may be nice putting pieces together but I did it by myself in 40 mins. Comes in 4 large boxes.For appearance and affordable if give it a 9 its on the cheaper side of a couch but also get what u pay for. Some of the places don't set together perfectly and the bed pull out dosnt make a snug fit as it leaves a gap on both sides when pulled out. For comfortable id give it a 6 its a little on the stiff side but feel it well wear in in time. I'm 6'1" and my feet well dangle of the side but good enough for having to big dogs. Didn't want to sacrifice buying a expensive couch just to have it ruined. This is more of happy medium I guess.Customer service and shipping I give it a 4 they lack a lot in this department but it did come in just took some time.Over all i give it a 8 out of 10 could be better but it's still a nice addition to my house.

great sectional! charcoal grey color looks nice, it was easy to assemble, fabric feels durable but still soft. I like the storage in the chaise, it fits 5 people easily, "making the bed" was fast, and it was comfortable.

I wasn't happy that it came later than it was expected and needed but I have to understand things aren't shipped the way they used to be. This couch was actually much better quality than I thought it was going to be. And it's very comfy. Just wish I would have had a place for my guest to lay. Give yourself extra time for shipping.
