Cute die. Doesn’t cut cleanly.

Cool design, but after multiple attempts and methods I could not get a clean cut. There were a few spots I ended up cutting with scissors, which is not much fun on a circular pattern.

I consider myself a very experienced die cutter and I know many "fixes for problem dies but this one does not cut evenly. Despite shimming, I could not get this die to cut completely either with my Big Shot or my Gemini Jr (which is excellent for intricate dies). I tried different thicknesses of paper but every time I was left the job of picking out the pieces. This die is just too detailed. Some of the swirls were so thin that the paper ripped despite my best efforts. After half and hour I still could not get one clean cut piece. Perhaps I will try to use it to emboss the image rather than cut.

Tried several different types of paper, but couldn't get the center to cut. Unfortunately some of the side pieces did cut or I could have used it as an embossing emblem. Very sad Panda.

This die does not cut well at all. Heavy cardstock, medium cardstock, light cardstock, paper... with no shim, with a paper shim, with a metal shim... does not matter will not cut. I have many other dies and have never had a die that simply would not cut.
