I bought this to practice picking. Had it opened in about 10 seconds. Don’t trust anything too valuable. Your only blanket of security is most people are unaware of the ease of picking these type of lock

I've been using my old Chateau lock for over a decade, but only have one key for that lock, and now I'm sharing a storage unit. That lock still turns wonderfully, every time I activate the mechanism, even after being on an outdoor storage unit. This lock, on the other hand, jams at multiple points throughout the turn, and just feels cheap. In addition, when you remove the rubber cover, the welds don't look wonderfully sound.

Absolute garbage. Right out of the box’s, one lock jammed up and I had a hell of a time removing it without damaging it. Other lock wouldn’t close all the way.

Lock is cheap and key cilynder broke after 3 uses. Absolute garbage. Do not buy!

I ordered one of these and separately one of the non-rubber ones. They sent two of these by mistake and, even though they were separate orders, the keys unlocked each other!!! Beware!

Both locks jam when they are horizontal. Seem to work fine when you take them out of the box (and held vertically) but as soon as you use them, they jam and are next to impossible to open.
