I like this product but it keeps sliding down. I have to fix it often which is a struggle sometimes and that's not ideal because I'm still healing and it kind hurts having to keep fixing it. Which is why I give it 3 stars.

Current price point at the time/date of this review: $27.99 with a $2 off coupon being offered by the seller. Pricing is fair and generally on point with the average market going rate. Works pretty much as intended for the given application. Fits ok and is moderately discomfortable but you get used to it. Generally sits fine based on the form factor and shape but a little odd at first and takes some getting used to. It’s somewhat soft and while I think it’ll help make a difference I’m not sure it’s something to use long term. I full intend to use this as a cushioning after some use, I’m going to repurpose it as a protective barrier between a baby seat and leather car seat. Nice to make creative alternative use of this product once the original intended purpose has expired and outlived its usefulness.

I really liked the firmness of it but it would probably work best in a faja vs a waist trainer because it always kept falling out of my trainer no matter how tight I had it and obviously you want your faja to look slim with no bulges. Other than that, it felt good for compression just don’t sleep in it!

I love this board because, even after 3 months post-surgery, it helps prevent fat from accumulating in the lower back area. I use it all the time with my compression garment, except when I’m going out. I 100% recommend it!
