Can this fit an iPad?

Does the pad side of the notebook have a pocket to hold the back cover of a letter-size spiral notebook (i.e., notebook cover)?

No. There is a slot at the top to hold a legal pad, but there is no slot on the long edge to hold an ordinary spiral notebook.

i just ordered this portfolio and the leather is so soft it looks like sued. I’m conceded it’s be ruined if wet. Can this leather get wet unlike sued?

Although this is not suede, the leather does not have a polished finish and as such could end up with watermarks if it got significantly wet

Hi, is this considered Veg-Tan leather? Is it safe to laser engrave?

No. This is not veg tanned leather. It’s more of an oiled finish, almost nubuck. I can’t really picture it laser engraved or embossed. I appreciate & can recognize good leather, but by no means am I an expert. I can say that a veg tanned portfolio would be 4x the cost of this product.
