Sound quality is great, don't overspend on these things this does the job well enough. It's entirely made out of whatever this metal is, I don't think it'd ever break. This is what I use to patch one audio interface to another in combo with an Amazon basics 3.5mm cable

Yes, if you need an adapter, this one has worked great for us. The following is unnecessary but feel free to read if you’re bored lol. We recently acquired a very nice and highly sought after digital piano. I’d been hoping to find a good offer for one for at least 2 years, and sure enough it recently and finally fell into our laps, figuratively speaking. One of the main reasons I desired a full weighted digital piano was because any one of us could practice without the whole house hearing us, whether making mistakes or playing perfect. I had just the right pair of headphones for it... only, —-the standard headphone jack would not work at all.—- The jack for inputting headphones in to the piano was far too wide and wouldn’t connect. I scoured both eBay and Amazon in hopes of finding one that would make the connection. I educated myself on the different types of adapters as much as I could. I didn’t realize just how many there were. After reading and more reading, and a few explanations on a certain video site, I decided to take my chances. It fit perfect, both into the piano as well as the 3.5mm fitting into the adapter. Now my family and I can practice at any time without the whole house listening, little ones waking up or being annoyed by mistakes (even though making mistakes helps you learn), and whoever is using the piano can play without feeling embarrassed when they mess up. We also use tutorials on a certain popular tube video site, using regular earbuds connected to the ipad. So the big, large over the ear headphones can be plugged into the adapter on the digital piano, and let you listen to the piano yourself, while 1 earbud goes into 1 ear from a tablet, to receive the lesson . So it’s a great adapter. I not only recommend this adapter if needed, but also recommend that other people, or their children if they have any, looking to play an instrument - to look into digital pianos. As long as the piano is at least 74 keys, and that they are weighted keys just like a normal piano, this is a wonderful introduction to children into something art related . It most certainly can’t hurt and I have seen completely working digital pianos from 76 up to 88 keys, sell for as low as $75 and others that go for as much as several thousand. But remember to check the size of the headphone shack.

I'm old...back in my day if you needed an adapter it was to go DOWN to a mini-plug, now it's the opposite. I have some great cans that all come standard with MINI-PLUG cables, but most pro audio components need 1/4" plugs. I let my grandson and his friends use mine (all gold plated like these) and needed one same day, so even though it cost me $2.99 to have a $6.99 adapter delivered to my home, I know the brand, I know the quality and I couldn't be happier! Great stuff, job done!

I bought this and didn't notice the 3.5mm connection isn't completely straight until I plugged a right angle connector in, and could only push it all the way in at certain angles. Not a deal killer, but still a minor annoyance. This is the second one I purchased, and the only one that has this issue, so I'm going to rate it off the other and say the second was a QC issue.Overall, I've never had an issue with Cable Creations, and tend to look for their products when I search for audio cables.

The headphones that came with my keyboard weren’t the best quality. I have Beats Headphones and I needed a connector to help make the connection to the keyboard. Now the sound is great.

Simply not working. The cables don't plug all the way in the adapter, which means I only get sound from one side. Well actually I'm not sure that's related but nonetheless, I only get sound from one side and tried with different headphones and earphones.UPDATE : I was able to fix it by inserting a bit of aluminum foil in the adapter before plugging the cable in it. Still, it's a shame that they're selling a defective item.

Works well and does not introduce any extra noise. Looks very well made and should last forever.

The media could not be loaded.  Feels darn so premium quality.. When I plugged in the headphones it was way too satisfying... Good job #cablecreation!My second purchase has been an excellent success! ❤️
