This tape has much better adhesion than many others, and since it is much wider it covers much better. ALWAYS REMEMBER: All these metal tapes are EXTREMELY fragile, they tear unbelievably easy. If what you are taping is going to come under ANY stress through movement or whatever, double or triple it for longevity. It will last MUCH longer.

Used this to wrap my cold air intake with. Average internal intake temp dropped 20 degrees. Worked well enough for me.

It's definitely sticky as all get out. Nice and thick. Good enough to use on my airplane if I had a hole in a flight surface.

Yea after having a nightmare of an experience in my home I found it necessary to order this tape.The distribution box for HVAC which is about 15 foot long was wide open at every seam it is actually not suppose to have been where it is in fact my home should not be where it is.Long story short I could not use the usual mainstay tape for duct repair I went to every brick and mortar hardware/lumber store called pro HVAC repair services to see if I could buy a roll of this tape, you would have thought I was from some other planet or an entirely different universe or something!None of the people I had asked had ever seen or heard of this size tape before.I won't hype this tape too much as it is a temporary fix to what was looking like an impossible situation and at least it is helping me to cut down on my heating bill for the time being.I can't begin to describe what situation I was in while applying this but will warn that you need to clean the surfaces your going to apply this stuff to and try to squeegee it down I actually had to use a yard stick in my case.At any rate it worked for me.

this tape was exactly what I was looking for. it's strong,doesn't tear, and easily comes off the roll. I used it to seal pressed flowers between two pieces of acrylic.

Very sticky, heats up nice.

Used it to tape the joints of cut-n-cobbled iso insulation foam panels in an exterior wall. While I don't think it should be used where tensile strength is required it did the job for me. It sticks well to wood and aluminium foil (like itself or the stuff that's on the foam panels).

If you don't want to spent hundreds of dollars to buy a new underhood insulation this tape will solve you problem. I was be able to taped all the cracks and holes falling apart from the insulation under the hood of my car. So far so good, it seemed to be working. Anyway, I don't know how long will last but I will let you know when the tape start to fall down.
