Good quality, spoon is a bit small to handle. Took one star off cause it is a bit deep so I had to use it half down. Not a deal breaker though. Recommended.

Reading other reviews I was worried it was going to be too small and difficult to work with. I'm glad I took a leap of faith! This little guy is great. I hated making falafels because it was messy to form the balls and most fell apart when frying. I loved using the tiny spatula to scoop in the mix and apply just enough pressure to compact the mixture properly. Extremely easy to release right into the oil! Made 72 falafel balls in no time at all!
