Calling all vegan butter enthusiasts! This dish is your long-awaited hero. Traditional butter dishes? Those were quaint little things in a bygone era. This one is built for the king (or queen) of vegan butter, with ample space to accommodate those wider sticks.Now, the construction is stellar. But let's talk about the butter knife. It's gorgeous, I'll give it that. But the ceramic handle? Not exactly known for its butter-launching durability. Mine met its demise with a dramatic clink on the floor. Luckily, my amazing spouse, the resident woodworking wizard, whipped up a cherry wood masterpiece that's both beautiful and functional.One minor nitpick: the lid could use some tiny feet. As it stands, it likes to play a game of patty-cake with the butter when in it's place, so whenever it rests on the table you get butter all over the table. A slight elevation would be much appreciated.
