Smoker vents cost a lot more than this and don't offer much better performance. These worked just fine

Easy to install

In an effort to replace the cheesy ventilation grills used in many, also cheesy, cargo trailers, my goal was to modify those vents to give them some degree of functionality and after some fiddling I found they are going to meet that goal. I had to knock off a star when one of my vents arrived pretty scratched and bent because they couldn't package it with a little paper separating them. After that spoiled an otherwise lovely morning I installed the damaged one at the less obvious lower rear vent. For those replacing the useless plastic ones in your cargo trailer you're going to have to make sure the wall surface is flat and smooth at the old screw holes, otherwise you're going to need a cheater bar to get them to operate as might be the case of some of my cargo trailer buddies having difficulty with that. Finally, don't torque them down too much and a light mist of silicone lube also makes a bit easier to turn.
