I have tried many different bolsters and for years I have been trying to find a similar to the ones used at my yoga studio. This is the one. You can remove the surplus of buckwheat hulls to make it softer and adjust to your body shape. Initially it is filled to the brim and it is too hard to my taste. It has two layers of material, both with zips which look sturdy enough. We will see how long it will last.

I'm very pleased with this bolster. It's a bit heavy but comfortable to stretch your back on it. It supports my knee in bed when I sleep on my side.It's well-made, and I like that the zipper is hidden.It's good for home exercise but it's heavy to take it with you to a yoga class.I recommend it.

It’s not a good as the one at my yoga studio, however works well for my at home practice.

Such a great idea for the Yoga stretching strap to be attached (detachable...used as a handle) to the bolster itself. The bolster is sturdy and cotton fabric. A nice Purple 👌

Using for prenatal yoga and it’s perfect. The bolster material is as described and the carry strap a great idea for carrying if you are going to transport it from place to place.

We started using these in my yoga class so I decided to order one. This one is better quality than the ones at my class, it's slightly longer and much stronger. It seems like there's more buckwheat inside. The little slots for the strap is cool, nice to be able to store them together so the strap doesn't go missing.

It looked good, but it was too heavy for me - not something I was prepared to have to take to class along with everything else! Hence it was returned. Amazon refunded amazingly quickly so five stars for the service!
