Very soft
Received it, it is very soft n comfortable neck pillow. It gives rest to neck. Sometimes we get a nap in travelling n our neck has no support n due to no support to neck it'l get worst pain but now no uncomfort in travelling. We can adjust it according to our size i mean loose or tight. Its very valvering touching very very soft. Value for money, it's durable too. Satisfied.

This is a bad product. Deformed, low stuffed pillow and the shape is too bad compared to the one I had previously. I don't know why the company discontinued the original product but I don't like this bad shaped stuff.
