I don't usually leave reviews but this is just a really good product and a good company, and I'd like to support them. I have bought several of these cameras over the past year. I use them for my construction jobsites. Clients love it that they download the app and view the cameras whenever they want. These are super easy to setup and use, and they just work great. Clear, high resolution image. Not to mention, the customer service is top notch. I have just had a couple questions but they always got right back to me ASAP. Highly recommended.

This security camera is incredible. The video is amazing, even the SD video is very impressive. I put this upon our new house job site so my wife could check on me throughout the day and make sure that I am safe since I often work alone. The camera was easy to install and the software works perfectly. I have had 3 other camera's from other source, one arrived dead out of the box, one worked the first time i turned it on and then refused to connect after that, the same scenerio with the third one. But this camera, has been through rain, snow, and temperatures in the teens!! I am totally sold. Once we get the house built, we will probably add a camera at the front gate and one on the barn.

I think this is a very decent camera for the price and the quality is pretty good too, no complain at all when it comes to quality, cost and performance, all that is good, also, the cellular connection is very stable and accessible from all over the world, so i would recommend this camera as it is cost effective.The only downside I see is the cell plan that it doesn't allow a bundle connection and every single camera has to have its own independent cell plan to be able to see it live, also the 30 days trial does not work as promoted, the third or in less than a week, I was forced to buy the cell plan, otherwise it would not allow me to access the cameras remotely, for the rest, they are a good cost accessible option.I would buy additional if I needed to.

Using my Mint Mobile Sim and 32Gb SD card from already working other brand 4g cell cameras (solid 2 bar 4G signal)Pros- Good picture in both SD and HD, (wide) angle is good for viewingGood range of motion in the PTZ and smooth movement, real plus.Good solar charge, Good battery life.Easy & quick set-up to iPhone 13 with 15.6.1 IOS.Good bright white led spot; toggles to bright night time IR, wide spread.Timely notifications to phone when alarm gets triggered.Microphone is a bit directional, thus background sounds can be faint. Speaker sounds typical squawky small.Included 100Mb sim is only a sample and lasted several hours to a day before you MUST purchase more data or another sim service. 2GB to 4GB monthly works for me checking camera 3 times daily.I have not tried their cloud service yet.UBox app for camera to smartphone NEEDS improvements. Font is way too small thus needing magnification and light grey on white background is horrible. Some features are hard to understand thus a youtube Ubox tutorial is a necessity.Motion detect is mediocre Low-Med-High and would be much better with zero-to-10 scale and user defined area.EDIT— This is a revised review. 1st camera received had bad microphone. Customer Service Dept did eventually solve problem to my satisfaction.

Very easy setup and installation! This security camera works great for what we bought it for! Customer service was great, every time I had a question, I always received a response in a very timely manner! Would definitely recommend this security camera!

I needed a camera to monitor a home renovation where the contractor has turned off the electricity and is in no hurry to restore it. This camera was exactly what I needed. When purchasing I wondered - is this just another one of those great marketing/lousy product items that seem to be so prevalent on Amazon? (sorry Amazon but that is true!)This camera - however is the exception to the rule. Solar Power? I mean solar power and a battery that really work and with its own SIM card so I do not need wifi in the house.The camera itself feels solid because it is. And it does have all the bells and whistles you would want. It uses the UBOX app which is another vendor so I will not review that here. Needless to say it does work well with the camera.The Pan Tilt and Zoom feature is better than others I have had and very handy. There is a light on the camera that flips on which is great for those working around the remodel to know they are being monitored.But when the camera had issues I discovered a new level of customer service. I’m sure you’ve experienced the worst as I have.I sent my first query and there was a response to my issue - just as promptly! The answer was quite detailed and had additional steps to follow which I did.It took several iterations to resolve the issue. The interest in really solving the problem is what sets XEGA customer service from others I have dealt with in the past.Buy from them with confidence - it is a great product with equally as great support! You may never need it but if you do - it will be there!

I had an issue with an sd card not working (so the camera always had an error message) and they promptly sent a replacement sd card and the camera works perfectly! Good customer service if there is ever an issue.

Camera works well. Have it set up at me remote cabin. Customer service has been very helpful , Rebecca was quick to respond and help as needed.
