Why do they need to add natural flavors to the tea? What exactly does the "natural flavor" consist of?

From the Harney and Son's website and the Amazon product description: Ingredients: Black tea, ginger root, cardamom seeds, chocolate flavor, cardamom flavor, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom pods, cinnamon chips and vanilla flavor. Contains natural flavors. Natural flavors usually mean extracts, secondary metabolites that are derived from the plant. So the chocolate flavor is derived from cocoa plant solids without adding cocoa solids to the tea leaves, vanilla flavor is derived from vanilla beans but the tea blend doesn't add vanilla bean pieces. Just a guess, but I'm going on the standard definition of the term.

What tea next? i love this, have ginger peach , make ice tea. like black tea, my fav blackberry black from another vendor (🙀) help!

Sounds like you should explore more fruity teas. Lots of people like green teas with fruit highlights. Harvey and sons has a great green tea with coconut you would prob like.
