The media could not be loaded. THE GOOD: The picture is Phenomenal!!! The rotated view on mobile/tablet eliminates the “fisheye lense” and even give slight scalability. Wyze’s color night vision is a national treasure when it comes to home surveillance. And the customizable doorbell chimes are pretty cool, but hopefully more options are added over time. The aesthetics are pleasing and blends well with most home’s exteriors, having less black plastic than “the other guys”. And then we have the fact that it’s literally HALF of googles and also cheaper than Ring & Blinks. Not a shabby list of “Pros” in my book.THE BAD:The minute your router tries to connect this device to a 5Ghz network it is GAME OVER. If you have a Wyze Mesh System at home GO FOR IT!!! If not, YOU ABSOLUTELY, CERTAINLY need to ensure you have a router with a selective 2.4Ghz signal or you will run into issues, and Wyze, love you guys to death, but your customer service experience is THE. WORST. EVER.All in all it’s more than worth it if you need a video doorbell in your area. Make sure you have an up to date router, select the 2.4Ghz, and watch the magic happen.

Easy to setup and connect with app, now that I've had it for a few months I wish the battery life was a bit longer. It probably could be if I change the settings, but I'm happy with it

clear images, you can select sensitivity via the app. You have to bring it in and charge it every few months if you don't have a connection for it; but it doesn't take long to charge and it's like every 3 months or so based on the sensitivity that you chose

My camera has fell to the ground and almost fell a good amount of times when the button has been pushed. They need something more secured someone can just take the camera and throw it if they wanted to. If someone knocks into it while walking near it it comes off the stand slightly. Also I wish there was a second chime to place it on a different floor in the house. If you live in a busy area the battery will drain within the week. I have to charge it every week even with the sensitivity level set to low and that makes It hard to catch people coming near the house. Also good wifi is recommended also $2.17 a month for the cam plus for each camera not bad at-least you get 3 months free to see if you like it if not it’s only live view and a photo of the motion nothing else. So far I like the camera. The camera did get foggy once so I bought a spray called fog a way on Amazon so let’s see how that works on the camera.

Fantastic little video doorbell. Installation is easy (did not hardwire), video and sound is clear, but the battery works for less than a month. We live in the middle of the city, but we're tucked p well into a neighborhood that no one is using as a cut through.

Doorbell camera has good quality and it works great. I do recommend it.
