I primarily buy premier protein or the equate protein shakes but I saw these on sale and they have 30 less calories then the ones I normally drink with the same amount of protein. I will say I am not impressed with the flavor selection I went with vanilla since that's a flavor I know I won't hate and it tasted good! They are filling, smooth, not too thick I would say coffee creamer consistency, you could easily mix them with something, and the smell is very light and no chalky after taste! I would say good quality for sure and I would buy them again!

I've been using Optimum Nutrition's whey powder for years, and although the taste is not as good as the old formulation it's still quite palatable. I decided to give their premixed drink a try, and having read the reviews expected it to be a thin liquid, and it was. But the taste was strange and unpleasant, and not even the usual gross taste of other premixed protein drinks. I was surprised by how bad it was, seeming to bear no relation to the flavor of their powders. After part of one container I gave the rest away.
