So far so good. Smells really nice, both the eucalyptus and the geranium one. Tried the bathroom product and it does the job pretty good, I have not tried the other one yet as only received them an hour ago. All package is recyclable/compostable/reusable. Price is fair, not as cheap as widely available brands per litre but not as dear as some of the eco choice so I think I will stick with them for the time being.

The bottles are great and will last few years and no more plastic they clean great the smell is a little dull could be more fragrant but the cleaning is brilliant

We've been on a green drive like a lot of households over recent times. I was attracted to this particular brand due to the metal bottles which, hopefully, will be much harder for my hamfisted husband to smash or break. The bottles are good with a very sturdy pump mechanism. The cleaning results are average but the fragrances are nice. Happy with the value for the product but probably wouldn't purchase the refills again.

Bottle Design- I freely admit this is why I bought the product. The bathroom cleaner can be left out on display in my downstairs cloakroom without embarrassment. If I forget to put away the multi-purpose when unexpected guests show up, so what? As a set, this would make such a lovely housewarming gift. Who says the daily chores can't incorporate pleasing visual aesthetics to motivate us?My clumsy dyspraxic young adult son has not managed to break the spray mechanisms in several months of regular use, and they dispense exactly the right amount of product every time. So they not only look great but have now proven to be very durable and practical in everyday use too.Ease of product use- doesn't get much more convenient than this. simply snip the top of one of the refill sachets, pour in the powder contents (the sachet shape makes this easy as it fits the neck of the bottle). Then top up with tap water. It dissolves very easily, and you only need to give it one shake for peace of mind before the product is ready to use, with no waiting around. The refills are available either as one-off purchases or as a subscription from both Amazon and the Spruce website and will easily pop through a letterbox. Do remember to store the space-saving refills out of the reach of damp until you are ready to use them. We use a screw-top jar for ours.Bathroom Cleaner- It is very obvious from the scent that genuine essential oils are used in this product for the fragrance. Very reminiscent of Vicks Vapour rub. A bit of a marmite scent, you will either love or hate it. The cleaning performance however was a letdown. I was genuinely taken aback by this as I have been very impressed by the effectiveness of the glass and multi-surface cleaners in this range. I am in a soft water area, so limescale is not an issue, but we do use bar soap so I want something capable of tackling soap scum. It's by far the weakest performer on cleaning of several brands I have tried this year (been experimenting to see which eco brand we'd settle on long term). OK for a daily quick wipe around, but you will need also need a separate "proper cleaning product" to give your bathroom a proper going over once or twice a week. For me, it is too much extra cost and time to have to do an additional deep clean, as I like to use just one product daily and be done with it, especially as these days I have to pop round and clean my elderly Mum's house as well as my own on top of the daily grind. I will use up what we have, but will most certainly not be purchasing any further refills. Luckily we have recently found a couple of other eco products that are up to the task I demand of them, so long term will just use another brand of tablets in this very pretty looking forever bottle. All is not lost as alternate brand refill pricing is also far cheaper.Cleaning Product = 1 star for effectiveness.Bottle = Lovely, and have kept it to use with more effective products.Multi-purpose Cleaner- If you love the essential oil scent of geranium, you will love this product! Personally, I don't like my kitchen smelling like a florist, but have now acclimatized to it in the living areas of my home. However, even though I am not over-keen on this product's scent the cleaning performance is really very good indeed. Ideal for spring and deep cleans, not just the daily swish and swipe. I have been ill so haven't tackled tasks like the tops of my kitchen cupboards, the baseboards, or the cooker hood for a long time. It also made short work of some long-neglected areas of a teenager's bedroom. Very pleasantly surprised, as most supermarket deep cleaning products are full of toxic ingredients like ammonia that can only be used with all the windows wide open & with adequate PPE precautions because of the noxious fumes. This product wipes through grease and grime with such ease, it's a dream to use on all those oft-overlooked nooks and crannies when the urge strikes you to do a proper top-to-bottom deep clean & scrub down. It would be ideal to use for start and end of tenancy cleans.Cleaning Product = 5 stars for effectiveness. Not suitable for use on glass, but Spruce does do a separate product for this in a matching green which is VERY good for all your shiny things like chrome fittings and glass.Scent = I can't stand it in the kitchen as find it too overwhelming.The refills are very expensive so I am likely to use a competitor's cheaper pod product in this lovely pretty bottle most of the time through the year, but will repurchase occasionally when it's time to do a spring clean. Grot, grease and grime, this multi-purpose product tackles it all! For those grotty & deep cleaning jobs we all dread doing, the outstandingly excellent cleaning performance makes the additional expense of this product occasionally well worth it, despite my dislike of the strong floral scent in the kitchen.

I love those! They clean very well and don’t ruin my natural stone. I have been using them for a couple of month now!They properly get rid of limescale and oily dirtI only wish that the metal bottles had (even if sold separately) some covers from the bottom, as I have glass countertops and the bottle does scratch it

Very easy to use product but that’s the only 5 star rating I could give.Scent for either item is barely there.Cleaning performance is okay but leaves a greasy film ( I used sparingly) which takes lots of water to rinse away - and don’t bother to clean windows as, again, it leaves an annoying film.Definitely won’t purchase again.
