Pump does not work. Tightened and did as instructed. Need new pump.

Was thrilled to see that the pump was back in stock, so immediately ordered a bottle with pump. It arrived today; pump does not work; major disappointment. Also, it was rather difficult to find the link to contact Amazon for help with this non-returnable item.

We love this coffee and the pump. Is the company going to continue making it?
