Do these need to be calibrated regularly?

Replace the reagents about once a year. About $8-$10 each. Calibrated? No.

Is there any other testers needed to test the quality and levels of the water in the reef?

This was a complete kit. But in recent months, Hanna now has released a Nitrate test kit that I haven’t got yet. It’s on back order

Can you mix the testers to the ones i need? I already have most or all but one.

That reef kit kit only comes with those. You can buy separately.

Great testers!

I especially love the salinity tester. So quick and easy to use. I love it so much! I wish the Calcium tester didn't have so many steps but otherwise all checkers work out fantastic!
