Watch build quality and straps are of very good quality, watch is also very accurate, we get so many sports mode that are very useful if we play more than 1 sport. We get 3 games also which are very smooth and enjoyable. But there is no find my phone feature, it is very helpful in times when we are not able to find our phone. And all other features are great, watch size is also suitable for all ages Watch is very light, we don't even feel we are wearing this or not Everything is OK in this watch, and it is easily affordable. I liked this watch so much

This watch is really amazing and good product but there is thing with this watch sensors that if you have too much hair on your hand skin you cannot use its sensors like heart rate (BPM) and oxygen rate (SPO2)that's the only thing with this watch....

I would like to give a detailed review of using this watch. I had been using this since 2 weeks. The main purpose I bought this was to track my swimming, sleep and calorie tracking. It worked great for me as this is my first smart watch experience. Pros & Cons: Battery - The battery did work for complete 7 days as mentioned but note that you need to charge this only via your laptop/PC USB port, as manufacturer has not mentioned the max current and voltage rating of the charging port. As per my experience the battery used is Li pouch cell type low AH battery, so better to use 500mA, 5V charger or the PC USB port to charge to get better performance. Measurements: the heart beat rate monitor, SPO2 monitor, sleep tracking, calorie tracking all are sensed through your heart BPM. I felt these are working fine. Swimming: I had worn the watch in a commercial swimming pool at 6ft deep water. The swimming tracker works good but sometimes I experienced that the touch screen fails to operate when water is splashed, I had to dry the screen by blowing air to make it work and one time while swimming the swimming mode was paused while under water. There is no damage to the watch even after wearing it under water for 30 minutes (watch was under water always even when I was relaxing in swimming pool). Overall I like the experience I had so far. Sleep tracking: is excellent and works better. Step count: step count seems accurate. Messages & Call : All notifications, messages including whatsapp messages could be read, it's great thing while traveling . We could only disconnect or make the call ring silent using this watch. Need to explore more with other sports modes. Would like to explore more and get back here! Suggestion to manufacturer: I would suggest the manufacturers that if they could add on the Google maps direction (only) to be displayed in the watch via Bluetooth, it would help the bicycle and bike riders in metropolitan cities, especially when traveling in an unknown area/ location. I purchased this watch yesterday and today it was delivered. Everything worked fine and when I tried measuring Heart Rate and SpO2, it was saying wear good and retry. I tried to measure multiple times but same error. I tried contacting Fire Boltt customer care and I was told that in Amazon review this problem is already listed so I shouldn't have purchased. Before I could talk, the service executive disconnected the call. I have asked for replacement and hopefully this time, defect free product is delivered. Although I would have preferred REFUND. Extremely disappointed with Fire Boltt and will never buy any other product from them.
