I'd been on a quest for a sheer matte sunscreen to replace the Coola Mineral Face Sunscreen Matte Tint as the Coola product was discontinued and the replacement (Coola Mineral Face Organic Sunscreen Lotion Sheer Matte, SPF 30) did not come even close to the original formula. I may have found it in this product. It glides on easily with a velvety feel yet the coverage is sheer. The matte finish minimizes shine (great for combination/oily skin). I prefer to apply this as a final step in my morning routine after first treatment essence, serum, and moisturizer. This MDSolarSciences formula does not cause breakouts and the SPF 50 provides adequate sun protection.

This is one of the best tinted sunscreens I have ever used. It is a creamy consistency like you would expect in a BB cream, spreads easily, but is a little sticky when it first goes on, but does dry in a few minutes. Seems to work well as a sunscreen. My biggest complaint is that there are no color choices, it only comes in one shade.

So I LOVE this product, its smooth texture, color and protection, and most of all, the brand itself. BUT - know that when you apply it, it will NOT absorb fully into your skin. It definitely sits on top, so if you're thinking of using it as a base for your foundation, you won't get your normal results. There's a slick, smooth feel to its texture which I like, BUT - the fact that it doesn't absorb fully into the skin means that you need to give it a lot more time before adding onto it with powder, etc, if that's your plan, and that throughout the day, if you wipe or scratch an area of your face, you'll notice you also wipe that area of the product. Still - I will continue to buy it for the protection and the lovely even tone it provides.

It's basically translucent going on and has a face primer texture. It's soft and creamy but don't expect any coverage.

Love this when just wanting to apply a nice clean light look to my face. Ideal for daytime and summertime as a foundation. So light.

I've tried many other tinted suncsreens and keep coming back to this. It goes on easily, looks good and the tint is perfect so I don't look as if I'm wearing sunscreen. Highly recommended.

I figured this would not work for my complexion when I saw the limited amount of shades, but really wanted to try this out. Sure enough, it was like I was giving my face a tan. It feels really nice and I lie that it is mostly fragrance-free. However, I will have to wait for my Summer color to try it again.

I have been using this spf for years. It blends nicely onto the skin and can be worn alone or under make up. It does not clog my pores and has never caused any breakouts. I like to wear it on beach vacations Gives my skin a slight tint while full spf coverage for hours
