Extremely helpful for calming down
I’m not sure how many times I buy this product but it really helps. Following the instructions is an obvious thing- but when you got kiddos who are running around nonstop this helps with CALMING THEM DOWN. I use it once a month with them and it does wonders. Their peds was the one who recommended this and it amazing

I have been using this Carlyle melatonin for children for 5 days and I have noticed a big difference in my son's sleep routine. Before it was very difficult for him to relax and fall asleep on time, but since we started with this 1 mg melatonin, he manages to fall asleep faster and sleeps more peacefully during the night.He likes the fruit flavor very much and has not had any side effects. Its a yes and a no
So i mainly use melatonin for my special needs dude, its very hard to find something that works.. So with that being said i can give him this 2 hours before bed and it still does not work. I also have used it on my 7 yr old and it works amazing. Definitely a great price for two bottles.

Mother Nature Had Her Chance. Now It’s My Turn
I don’t know what kind of bedtime pact my kids made with the moon, but it’s been chaos in this house after 8pm for YEARS. I tried warm milk, lullabies, white noise, blackout curtains, meditation apps, even pretending I was asleep (didn’t work—they just poked me).One ML later, and my child blinked twice, yawned like a cartoon bear, and was out cold by 8:30pm.Thank you, melatonin. 10/10 will be reordering. Possibly in bulk.

Great for bedtime
This melatonin liquid has been a lifesaver on tough nights it helps my son fall asleep gently without any grogginess. I like that it’s drug-free and easy to use. Definitely keeping this on hand!

I really thought that would be more effective. My baby doesn't sleep for long besides it at least an hour after consuming for her to fall asleep. I really needed this to be more effective as I have a full time job and need my baby to sleep 5 hour straight throughout the night. I'm a little saddened by this purchase
