FMS Sky Trainer 182 Blue RTF, 1400mm, FMM007RAB

Putting this thing together requires glue, tape, hex wrenches and screwdrivers - this is not RTF! In fact, it's not even close to RTF. The wires weren't long enough to be attached without extensions (not included) and were mislabeled - even the instructions tell you some are mislabeled, but those instructions are also wrong, parts that need to be glued need to dry overnight and the receiver is an insult to the purchaser. Those are all the bad things and in order to negate them don't buy the RTF, buy the PNP and get your own radio and don't expect to fly it today.The good: Nice scale type park flyer. Fit and finish are pleasing to the eye, landing gear is nicer than most of the plane's class, full featured with flaps, steerable nose gear and wingtip leds/landing light. This model has been flying in the 1400mm size range for 11 years that I know of, but improvements have been continuous. Don't be afraid of the plane itself, but this RTF? You aren't flying it today.

Good Price, For A Great Plane!

I was warned by other reviews but didn't listen. Product was not pre assembled properly. I've got 2 prong plugs that are supposed to go into 3 prong plugs. I ghetto rigged them together so they work. Trying to get the wires from wings to fuselage is extremely annoying and on top of all that... right is left and left is right while flying. After the 2 plus hours of trying to assemble i really don't feel like trying to send back and all the other BS to get it fixed working properly. So thanks and Good job China🖕

This model is VERY Nice, except for the RTF Transmitter is VERY low grade, toy grade, and the TX and control sticks are tiny! Also, mine came with a non-functioning ESC, so could not fly this. Horizon Hobby has however promptly resolved this by shipping me a replacement ESC. The plane is somewhat tail-heavy, mostly corrected by pushing the battery ALL THE WAY FORWARD. Even with the toy transmitter, the airplane is very nice and the RTF is a great value. Later, the Receiver and Transmitter can be upgraded. Amazon processed and Horizon Hobby shipped my order very quickly! !!!* UPDATE: On the Maiden flight, the transmitter stopped communicating with the plane; lost throttle, rudder, elevator and aileron function!!! Crash and total loss. AVOID the RTF!!!

Solid plane, I cant believe the beating this plane can take. HARD, hard landings and it can take it, unbelievable. Very easy to learn on. Looks and fly's great
