Stuff works great my only complaint is the density of it It's hard like a wax candle have to use a pocket knife to use it

I've used this in the past and have enjoyed it... This time, the balm was not formulated well. There's particles throughout the balm that do not disappear as I rub the product between my hands before applying. I'll attempt to uphold pictures.
