Really cute popcorn maker - Purchased as a gift for the kids in the family. They think it's great and pester their mom and dad for popcorn all the time. It's a little small for a crowd though

This lil popcorn popper is just what I need! I can take it in my suitcase on train travels and have a snack in my roomette! I’m still Leary of personal contact traveling & I don’t remember seeing popcorn in the snack bar, I am type 2 so this is the perfect snack while traveling and enjoying this great country of ours!

I searched for hours looking for a popcorn popper for one person and small enough for very limited space. So many of them are too large and even more expensive. Not that I’m fond of Mickey Mouse, but it was the smallest and perfect size for me (and the red matches my kitchen). I don’t know if the kernels I purchased with it were old, but they sure were not popping great leaving too many “barely” popped popcorn and unpopped kernels. After using several oils, I found the grapeseed oil gets the hottest so most of it now pops. The constant turning of the wire stirrer in the bottom will get stuck some, so I have to shake it sideways gently to move the kernels and shake unpopped kernels back down from the sides into the heat. Now I just need to find a popcorn salt that will actually stay on the popcorn (I don’t do butter). I purchased the Morton brand along with the popper and paid $10 bucks for a tiny bottle and literally dump it in hoping some will stick. Oh… definitely use the measuring cup that comes with the popper and do NOT overflow it! Use the exact amount it calls for in the instructions!

Makes a small amount of good popcorn. It's a little bit picky, but not too hard to figure out. Plus you're making it in small batches, so you don't waste a lot of money playing around with it. I find it works best if you only make make half the maximum amount of popcorn (so 1/6 cups of kernels). I like oil, so I use a full tablespoon of it instead of halving it. I also put the oil in and leave it on for about half a minute before adding the kernels. Then, as soon as it stops popping, I turn it off and immediately pour the popcorn out and sprinkle the desired topping on.

Product is small, compact and easy to use. It does not make a very large batch of popcorn but that goes with the size. Arrived with no outer box to protect packaging so my complaint would be with Amazon and not the actual product. As a gift the box was trashed and it looked used as a result.

Fue un regalo para mi novia y a ella le encantó, las palomitas se hacen bien y tienen buen sabor, se preparan en menos de 5 minutos. Sineres de MX te recomiendo comprarla con anticipación, ya que demora un poco la entrega, pero vale la pena.
