Sleet Kitten: Book One of the Sleet Series

This was such a nice change of pace after all the dark and bully romances lately. There is a bit of angst there at the end but overall this book is very cinnamon sugar. I especially loved the scene about the grandma reading a steamy scene from her granddaughter's novel. That was soo sweet. Hot as hell but sweet. ( I seem to be stuck on the word ' sweet ' lol ) And now I'm searching hot ice hockey players on Google lol. Anyway, loved it. ❤️

It's a very sweet romance with very little drama and angst. The main characters are cute. Lots of side characters introduced who will get their own story. Loved the kiss cam scene.

I loved this book! I loved this story! And I loved these characters!Katelyn and Jackson are perfection.Katelyn is forced into going to a family party hosted at a pro hockey players house. Katelyn sneaks away to the basement when she is spotted by Jackson, said pro hockey player.They instantly hit it off and our caught up in a whirlwind romance, that is until a pesky ex comes to crash it all.I cannot tell you how much I loved this book, its a nice easy ready. I relate so much to the inner dialogue of the characters, especially Katelyn. I found myself nodding along and her inner thoughts being so relatable.Jackson is this big burly man who is so sweet, but don't let that fool you he has a hot possessive streak.Even the side characters in this book are phenomenal, I want more!I love a good sports romance, and this did not disappoint.

This was a first time author for me, I saw this book recommended on TikTok and wanted to breakup my normal dark romance reads with something lighter. This book was hilarious in parts. Jackson and kitten were constantly having weird dates and it seemed to be the theme for them that their relationship was normal in any sense. I loved the other characters and I can't wait to read Meghan's story because she was a scream. If you want a comfy read that gives you laughs and fuzzy feels then this book brings it with a small side of steam. Great read.

Put simply: I adore this book! The two character’s chemistry is palpable from the very first time they are introduced to one another, and I adore their relationship.As brawny as Jackson is painted to be, he is also depicted as the perfect gentleman. You can’t help but fall in love with him and the way he treats his “kitten” - and vice versa!I will definitely be re-reading this book in the near future (and everything else by the author!)

I’m not gonna lie the title of this book did not grab me but the blurb did!I’m so glad I’ve read it.It was funny and sassy and sexy and everything I was looking for good book!This author is new to me but defo one I’ll be following for more of this! Fantastic 😃

I absolutely adored this book from the very beginning to the very end. Jackson and Kitten are an absolute favourite couple of mine from reading this book, I giggled so much throughout this read! Read in one sitting! Off to buy the physical book! All the stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
