Wonderful chimney in this price range, less noice and does jobs really well...There are some problems with model but elica support is very good.

The chimney is a perfect fit for my kitchen. With low suction noise, High Suction Power and Easy and Auto clean, this is a steal at such a good price.Other chimneys of the same suction power cost almost double.The chimney is stylish, sleek and Adds a little glamour to an otherwise dull kitchen.The Installation service was excellent, Swift and hassle free.Overall, Eurodomo is a wonderful company with good products, by Faber.

Initial feedback: Prompt delivery. Nice looking product as described. Expert installation team. Overall a good experience.Feedback after a month: Chimney seems to be not working properly. We are using the chimney for a two burner oven. Still the suction power seems insufficient and smokes could be seen bypassing the chimney. When we went for cleaning the oil collector tray inside, we found nothing is deposited inside it, rather oily deposition is found on the metal plates below it. Already lodged a complaint with customer care and will review again afterwards.

Noisy.... and cumbersome...
I have a Faber stainless steel (basic model) chimney bought in 2002, still working very efficiently - I use the main switch only and don't bother with the little buttons for the lights and suction speed... sound around 70 - 75dB...This machine, (Eurodomo is Faber's own), bought last year, I have to switch on the power supply, switch on the suction speed, switch on the lights to get started... and then tolerate the 80+ dB sound..Get back to your efficient ways, Faber...

Installation is being delayed by technician & installation charges being told are not consistent
1) False commitment 1- I got installation appointment scheduled on Saturday, 1-Aug around 11 AM. Installation person said he will call me an hour before reaching to my place but he neither came nor called. I called him to check and then he said that he got another urgent call so he will come on next day (Sunday 2-Aug).2)False commitment 2 - Next day (Sunday 2-Aug) also he neither called nor came. I called him to check and he gave me same reason and said he will come on next day (Monday 3-Aug).3)False commitment 3 - Next day (Monday 3-Aug) also he neither called nor came. I called him again but he didn't answer my call.4) OK OK customer service - I contacted Eurodomo/Faber customer service. The lady on phone said she will setup an urgent installation request. She asked me to contact service center but when I insisted she said she will setup a call back for me.5) Again False commitment - After my call with Eurodomo, I got text message from the installation guy. He said that Monday 3-Aug is holiday due to rakshabandhan. I'm very frustrated with this experience. I understand the rakshabandhan holiday but then why false commitment?6) Inconsistency in installation charges - a) Amazon - Amazon is saying installation charges as Rs.600. I have two emails as a proof. b) Installation guy - Installation charges Rs 500 plus ducting Rs.180 per SQ ft. May go around 600-900. Additional he said that the bracket might needed which would cost around Rs.1500. So the Total may go up to 2500-3000. c)Faber customer rep - Rs 1200 all inclusive and Faber rep is unaware of bracket thing. What a joke.7)Not a good policy - Faber cannot send a person for installation on time and it is not a free installation then also we have to go with their installation guy. I can do a self installation but the warranty would be void. Very frustrating. If you want installation from your guy then please do it free and you can increase the product cost to cover the cost.8)If possible please do not send the same installation guy who did false commitment three times (called Shubham from Baramati).
