They arrived quickly and are very sturdy. I have used them many times for either cooling mini muffins to draining the oil from tortilla chips, Chile Rellenos, and French fries and they work perfectly and super easy to clean.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I mean the racks work. When you bake cookies from scratch, you're supposed to cool them on wire racks. So I thought these would fit right over my medium sized baking sheet. They do, but not square, they fit crooked. Still does the job. If the feet on the rack were situated a tad closer together...So I'll sit them over things besides a baking sheet.
