Easy to take, no gross after flavor
I bought this MaryRuth’s Organic Vegan K2 MK7 because I wanted a vitamin K2 option to take along with my calcium routine, I have repurchased this productnumerous times now. I was specifically looking for something easy to use that would not have a gross flavor, and this has been a good fit for me. The biggest thing I like is that it does not have a nasty taste or strong aftertaste. With liquid supplements, flavor can make or break whether I actually keep using them, and this one has been easy for me to take. It is simple to add into my routine without feeling like I have to force it down. I also like that it is a liquid drop instead of another pill or capsule. That makes it convenient, especially if you already take other supplements and do not want to add more tablets. The bottle is easy to keep with my vitamins, and the drops make it simple to use regularly.
