Got it for a TV that wasn't a "Smart TV" and it's blown me away. Since the TV itself doesn't have to load the dozens of apps that a regular "Smart" variant would, it turns on much quicker. As for the actual device, it works very well, with hardly any lag and pretty good internet connection. The setup is very easy if you already have a Google account. The remote works well and even connects to the TV you're using it on to turn on, adjust volume, and sometimes even change the source. I liked it so much, I even bought another one for another bedroom, it's great for streaming and the Google Photos screen saver is a great addition for any room.

The voice remote with Google Assistant is a nice touch—it makes searching for shows much quicker.It’s not as fast as some high-end streamers, but for regular streaming, it does the job really well. I haven’t had any major issues—just the occasional lag, which is expected at this price point.Overall, I’m very happy with it. Works really well. For the price, I feel like it is best we can get. I can get almost all the app I need and it is mostly lag free. The reason I gave it 4 star instead of 5 is because it freezed on me twice for a couple of seconds and the search option did not work for apps and I had to reset it multiple time to get it to work. All in all, a great experience for the price

The transmitter is very useful for whatever you want, it is very practical, you can download Magis TV, and it works perfectly.

Pretty much does what you want in a Stream Box and for a reasonable cost. I am running it into a matrix HDMI switch and outputting that into a avr. Although it seems that some of my remote controls can cross operate other devices, so I have had a lot of weird control glitches but that isn't the stream boxes fault.
