Review: Sun shade - Wasn't what I expected, used it on my kitchen windows. Review: NOT COMPATIBLE W/ 2020 NISSAN ROGUE - Let's see where should I start in describing how crappy this product really is? First of all, I bought this because it said it was compatible with my 2020 Nissan Rogue. It most definitely is not. It's shaped like a square and it's too tall for the window so it overlaps over the top or you have to tuck it down into the door to make it fit. When you roll the window down either way it's going to shift. It only covers about a fraction of the window which leaves the rest of your arm exposed to the sun. It does not provide enough sun protection only minimal. If you're my age and grew up in the 70s, you remember fruit roll-ups right? Well the concept is the same with this product. First of all, trying to get it off it's backing is frustrating and you end up cursing the day you ever bought this item. Once you get it off though, the item immediately starts sticking to itself becomes rumpled and crumpled and then you spend the next 20 or 30 minutes cursing everything in heaven until you finally get it to a point where you can apply it to the window. I did actually try to use this product so I am speaking from experience on all points. Save your money especially if you have a Nissan Rogue. This will not cover your window even a tenth of what you need it to and it will overlap either the top of the window or down into your door. Which if you try to roll your window up or down it could become jammed inside your door which was my concern. This is a peel and stick product it is not a permanent adhesion so the chances of it becoming stuck in your door are very likely. I'm returning this item because I'm tired of crappy products being manufactured and then sold to the public. Where is the quality of yesteryear? Anyway it's going back I'm getting a refund and I'm just going to save my money to get the windows fully tinted professionally. If you're on the fence about going the cheap route or doing what I'm going to do, do what I'm going to do. Performance: big fat zero Nissan compatability: big fat zero Value for money: you'd have better coverage using a fruit roll up Appearance: cheap ## Features - TOP-GRADE QUALITY! - Our sunshade is made upgraded PVC material. Probably better off with a different brand/version *by M***L on May 22, 2024* I put these on the back windows of my minivan prior to a cross country trip to increase passenger comfort. It does help keep the sun out of one's eyes, and it provides privacy as it is now super hard to see inside (good when your car is loaded with bags and food and you don't want someone helping themselves (out of sight is out of mind and such). However, it has been less than a year and the wrinkles keep getting worse and the edges pull away from the window more and more, almost like low grade Shrinky Dink action or something. Back like ,15 years ago I had a similar product from Toys R Us/Babies R Us and it was thicker and stable enough that I trusted them on the windows that rolled up and down with the cling film sun shades stuck to the window. I would NOT trust these at all for that. So, yeah, they don't stay stuck over the complete area well, but I suspect they have another 6 months of effective enough in them. I would recommend a product *like* this but not this specific product. ## Frequently Bought Together - Car Side Window Sunshade, 4 PCS Static Cling Films Stickers Sun Shade UV Rays Privacy Protector, Reuseable Washable Sun Shade for Most Cars, Vhicles, SUV - Safety 1st Cling Car Window Shades for Baby, Sun Blocker, Glare Shield and UV Protection for Your Child, Static Side Window Shade, Window Rolls Down Shade Stays On, Black Tint, Pack of 2 - Munchkin Brica Sun Safety Car Window Shade with Heat Alert, Helps Block UVA/UVB Rays, 2 Pack, Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sk/products/456459093-blilo-4pcs-car-side-window-shades-static-cling-privacy-film](https://www.desertcart.sk/products/456459093-blilo-4pcs-car-side-window-shades-static-cling-privacy-film) --- *Product available on Desertcart Slovakia* *Store origin: SK* *Last updated: 2026-11-01*
