Pleasant Taste, High Quality, Works Well For Intestinal Issues
I purchased this tea both for making gripe water for our newest baby and to drink myself during the end of pregnancy and the beginning of nursing to reduce gas trouble/intestinal upset for me and the baby. So far I am very pleased for how it works for me and am confident it will be a good natural source of gas relief for my newest nursling based on my own results. It'll be nice to brew my own gripe water this time around instead of paying $15 for a small bottle I have to use or throw out within two or three weeks. The fennel seeds in the tea are whole and fragrant and the tea has a pale golden color with a pleasant mild licorice flavor (which I really enjoy, but if you're not a fan of black licorice or black jelly beans, you might want to mix this tea with a stronger flavor like ginger or mint to get the benefit without necessarily the flavor). I find you do have to steep the tea a while before it becomes strong enough for a good effect and it also helps to slightly crush the seeds before brewing.

The best fennel tea out there
This is by far the most generous amount of fennel while also being the most flavorful and impactful for a number of GI issues. Nothing compares! Had to get some fennel tea at the store while I waited for by 297th order of this to arrive and couldn’t believe how diminished the flavor and impact was. This one is THE ONE. Pro tip: order the one with the jumbo bags and then this one. This all fits in that pretty container perfectly.

So wonderful!
I'm a big fan of this tea. Does exactly what it says it will... relieves bloating/discomfort/IBS symptoms and helps all of those general gastrointestinal problems. I have always had some weird undiagnosed issue that causes super bad bloating (to the point where I actually cannot stand up straight and it hurts) and this definitely helps ease the severity of that. I wouldn't say it takes it away completely, or prevents it completely, but it definitely makes a significant difference. Just wish it brewed a bit faster... you definitely need to brew the full 10 minutes to get the full benefit of the oils. You can even kind of "taste/feel" the difference in the consistency of the tea (the oils I guess have seeped out of the fennel more) when it has brewed long enough to help.Preventatively, I think this works best if you remember to drink it every day, multiple times a day... but it will help relieve a sudden issue as well if you would rather not drink all the time. Anyway... Overall, very impressive product. Highly recommend !

Comforting as vegetable soup, without the veggies
Live with digestive problems, and you eat a lot of mint: mint lozenges, mint tea, and those 'curiously strong' mints. You can get tired of the taste of mint. Especially in the morning. I gave up coffee months ago, (and I still whimper some mornings), so I'm looking for some kind of substitute. Forget decaf anything. Forget chocolate. Forget tea. Some people swear by hot water with lemon. I don't. Too acid. This fennel tea sells elsewhere as 'tummy tamer tea.' It does. It's better than chamomile tea, which doesn't do much for me in terms of flavor or calming anything.I've used this fennel tea in desperation those mornings when nothing else will settle in. When even mint leaves or herbal teabags of mint leaves are too much, this goes down nicely. But if you're not a fan of vegetable soup or celery, this might take a little getting used to. Me, I like it. The smell reminds me of hops.

Wow! This really helps sooth the belly seems to Have lasting effects if I do it reg for awhile!
Heathers Fennel tea is a real keeper herb to have around. Fennel tea is gentle, and when needed, a definately stronger infusion of it, in one or two big or small cups or in big jar , sipped thru the day reliably soothes most temporary belly ache discomfort, for me they came from acidic type foods but also if a food eaten isn’t noticeably as fresh and pristine as you like, it neutralizes things in the belly . Fennel Is A Wonderful Seed and Plant! Heathers arrives always tastes and feels fresher than what I get bulk at the health food store .

Good for nighttime acid reflux
I am plagued by acid reflux at night, which wakes me constantly and interferes with my breathing. I make this tea strong, 3 tbsp per 16 ounces boiling water. A cup with honey before bed helps keep the acid down and out of my throat so I can sleep. Sometimes I brew a cup in the middle of the night if the burning wakes me. Antacids have their place in managing my condition, and other teas are soothing, but fennel tea seems to keep it all going in the right direction.

Still on the fence....
I'm not sure about this tummy tea yet. I'm not a tea drinker (love my coffee) but I like the taste. I have been drinking it for about 2 weeks. At first, I really didn't notice anything at all. Then I began to notice less bloating. As of now, it is acting more like Lacey LeBeau tea. I could not tolerate that at all and it was recommended by a doctor! I will hold off on it for now and find out what my tummy does. I was only drinking one cup per day. I may resume at one cup every other day or less.

Great tasting soothing tea
Have had IBS for my whole life. There are times my colon feels almost raw. I’ve found fennel tea very soothing. I like Heather’s Tummy Teas the flavor is very good compared to other fennel teas I’ve used. I like the loose tea because I don’t use as much as in the bags. My husband has gastritis and it helps him with that too.
