Easy to install, easy to operate, good value for the money
The blinds are light, easy to install and operate. Occasionally, they catch on the center expansion joint but I don't normally open them like a mad man. They offer a unique look over traditional slat blinds. Good value.

Disappointed
I guess it doesn't have enough weight and it's a very light material even being a blackout. It won't stay straight like a real panel should. Very disappointed and I will return it after my second try with the company, the first one I got wasn't the blackout type, but it was way too thin, truly sheer, so I didn't even put up and tried the blackout ones and still won't do. It's not anything expensive, but more than $100 for something that looks that bad won't do. I had cheap regular vertical blinds that are $30 and my living room looked so nice people wouldn't believe. Sorry, I tried twice

They work well without fuss and block light well.
These went up in the sliding glass door to replace an old set of vertical blinds that never were properly working. The mechanism was complicated and cheap on the vertical blinds and broke with in 2 years, and they never really did a good job of keeping the light down to watch the TV.These shades have only 3 cracks to the 20 the vertical shades had and do a much better job of light management and the mechanism is about as simple as you can make it with the 3 track channel and a push stick.Installation got a little finicky with getting the height right and the bottom weights on and was the longest part of the process. The solution was a good one but some sort snap in filler strip would have worked better than using those weird little screws that liked to run for the darkest corner in the room at every drop.

Very flat look
I ordered the white to not have to worry about color clashing but the texture of the fabric is a very, very small weave. These look like 1950s pull shades and are not at all attractive. They do the job-privacy and less intense heat from southern exposure-but I’m looking for another solution. Couldn’t tell how bad they’d look until hung (and cut) so I can’t return.

Great "Blackout" Blinds that work and look great!
Great "Blackout" Blinds that work and look great! Quality components, innovative track and ease of installation made this a hit in our household and, most importantly, made for a very happy wife. Can be opened/closed in either right-to-left or left-to-right direction. Very pleased with product purchase and with vendor responsiveness to a couple of questions which I had.

I had to use my old hardware from my old sliders since they still work great and all I needed was the material
Cheap railings that are hard to slide open. I had to use my old hardware from my old sliders since they still work great and all I needed was the material. They do look great...however...if you have a pet that bites on things or young children the material does not hold up...

Beats spending thousands
Bought two of these blinds and I have to say they are worth it. Took about 1 hr to install, two-person job to make sure it is level. Cut-to-size means this is customizable and can make to fit practically every preferred height. So my only gripe is that in both blinds, retracting can be tricky as the slides can misalign with the rail fairly easily. Also, the material makes it VERY easy to wrinkle

These can't be cleaned!!!
We have had these up for 3 months now. They were a pain to install and we were missing pieces, that Chicology did send out right away. They do the basic job of filtering the light coming in from the sliding glass door. They do not slide smoothly and get stuck frequently. They are also IMPOSSIBLE to clean. Instead of staying the pretty white they are now dingy (overall) and unfortunately we had a dog that had an accident, that we immediately cleaned, and now it's permanently stained. I reached out to Chicology for cleaning suggestions and apparently these are "spot clean" only. Basically use these where they will never be touched or see daylight. I attempted to "spot clean" these and they just look worse. I will just end up throwing these away and putting up something that can be cleaned. What a waste of money.

Looks awesome up and came way earlier then I expected
Instructions with product were a little confusing but they also had step by step online which was way easier. Looks awesome up and came way earlier then I expected.

Easy to install
Looks nice, but i guess I didn't think it through as far as letting light in when I have them "open", there's still one panel's width covering the patio door. Otherwise they look nice and were fairly simple to install. I installed it inside the sliding door frame.cutting them to size was fairly easy as well.

decent blinds
These are decent blinds for the money. I do find that they do not follow the track well as they squeal when open or closed.

Poor quality
This product is not worth the time nor money to order. The panels were soiled and stained. Be very wary of the fact that the panels connect to the fixtures by Velcro. Also, if you are ordering from Canada be advised that the company does not ship to Canada. I had to go back thru Amazon (who were great) and got a replacement. The panels were just as bad-all marked up. Between the two packages I managed to stitch together a solution. To be fair I ordered the mountain snow shade but can’t understand why the quality control would be so badDon’t buy this!!

Easy to set up
Works good, nice sliding easy to figure out. Seems a bit cheap but works good. The panels are a vinyl that aren't very nice to look at. It's the ones I chose to keep the light out. Maybe some of the other options are nicer
