I'm a natural blonde even though I dye my hair dark, so my leg hair isn't very dark. You can see that it came off though along with some dead skin and self tanner residue...because without self tanner I'm super white as you can see. I also get the strawberry pock skin. That's actually the biggest reason I wanted one of these. I just got the stone wet instead of my leg and did it over a towel. It doesn't hurt or leave a red rash. It just feels soft and smooth. My long leg hair is gone, self tanner gone, dead skin gone, and strawberry pock skin looks better. Not only is it a hair removal tool, but it seems it would be the best self tanner prep I've ever done. I tried the foot tool quickly just dry and it seems good. Didn't hurt and some dead skin came off. I think the hair remover will work better in the shower or with wet legs. It does seem like the tiny pores of the glass stone get clogged with hair and skin and needs to be rinsed to work well.

This product is receiving three stars for a few reasons. First, the foot file worked well but mainly for smaller calluses. The hair removal is great for legs but I highly recommend not using this on your under arms. I thought I would give it a try and I gave myself the worst rash that wouldn’t heal for a few days. Use before or after the shower on damp legs for best results.

I followed the instructions for both items. The foot file works fine. But the hair eraser does not. At first I thought it was working but soon discovered I was actually starting to bleed. I only used it in two places on one leg, below the knee. I ended up with extremely irritated skin for at least a week and no hair was actually removed—it was back to normal after a day, as if I hadn’t shaved (because I hadn’t). I think it is a crystal nail file set into a wide handle. Don’t waste your money.

Okay, the leg one is meh. You have to do it a certain way for it to work. It exfoliates pretty well. It’s difficult to get the knees and such though.Now the foot one is freaking magical. I didn’t soak my fee to anything just went H.A.M on them. Of course it wasn’t perfect, but dang it worked well.

I was hesitant when I first saw these, but they have now become part of my showering routine. The foot file is the best at getting rid of heels' dead skin, and I have tried many! Jut be careful not to overdo it; go slowly and gentle, and rather leave a thin layer of dead cells than polish all the way through to live skin.The hair remover is wonderful for light (not coarse) hair. Just slide it over your skin (like caressing it) and the hair will be gone. As with the other one, the key is to be gentle; do NOT rub, just glide along. In this way, I can even use it for my arm pits (but I have fine and very little hair, and results might be different for people with abundant and coarser hair). I love the fact that I no longer have to use a razor blade!And the cleaning is a breeze! Just place under running water and towel dry or let air dry. The money spent has been a really good investment for me!
