I used this scooper for jumbo cookies. Worked like a charm. It was easy to use and the handle was comfortable. The release thump press made it easy to scoop and release. However, it doesn't scoop ALL of the dough. It lightly skims over, but it's easy to clear out with your finger or a snall silicone spatula

I like this scoop! Large size for big cookies, muffins, ice cream or whatever. Great addition to my kitchen arsenal and a good compliment to the small scoop I currently have. The mechanism looks well designed and strong. My older scoop (different brand) has a weak scrapping system where the gear drive often skips when pressure is applied to scrap out the dough. This one seems pretty strong, which is what I need. Very happy.
