Good ingredients! My bottom eaters and the mystery snails go nuts over these wafers. There is no orders or waste with wafers and the size is good.

Seriously I have the most gluttonous community tank but only if it's up to their standard. We have been thru lots of algae wafers and this is the only one that gets fed to our tanks. They are small and thin so that makes them easy to half. We use 3 wafers broken into halves in one of our tanks and this is my favorite wafer because it is so easy to split. Thank goodness, they actually float straight down to the bottom. I've had others float for a bit first but not these. They drop quickly and once on the bottom they hold their form. The wafer doesn't last long in any of our tanks except one and in that one tank, it sits for a good bit. It stays together, doesn't disapate and it's easy for the algae eaters to eat on it for awhile. We went thru a million flakes before I found one that I could use in am to offset the frozen food in pm. If they don't like it's going to mostly just pollute my tank. Shrimp pellets is another one that took many tries. Luckily I tried this wafer after two misses and it was hit. For the price, algae wafer quality and amount in bag,this is a great value and I recommend trying it. It's a hit with all fish, bottom feeders etc in my tank, no matter their dietary preferences.

I have trusted this brand for several years. I dtop one of these in my 10 gallon tank and the bottom feeders get to business. It doesn't make a mess in the tank as the tablet stays together.

My Plecostomus and large bottom dwellers like these... I've got one Pleco that will grab one or more of these with his sucker and roll or drag it into his under rock domain to eat in peace. They do have to be in the water for a few minutes to soften enough for the larger catfish to eat. None of my smaller fish like Algae eaters or Otocinclus Catfish show any interest in these. Just the Plecos. Snails do seem to love them too. Be careful how much you drop in as they will foul the bottom of your tank if uneaten for long. I remove uneaten ones within 6 hours as the fish won't touch them if they've set for very long. The resealable bags are a bit of a pain to open or reseal. I don't like the seals have no place to grip onto them to open. I've found it easier to just cut the bag seal off entirely and use a rubber band to keep them closed/sealed.

My Plecos and Corydoras love them. Great product at a good price.

Great food. Smells just a pet store. Definitely reminds me of other Hikari products too. I’ll he looking for better larger supply. I have two tanks and this’ll last me maybe 60 to 90 days depending on variety of other food. I would say this is A-tier food for my setup.

I got these for my bottom feeders but all the other fish seam to like these and most don’t last long enough for the bottom feeders to even find 🤣 but that’s still ok. Looks like good quality ingredients, no discolouration in the water and they sink pretty fast. Good product.

Nachdem ich woanders eine kleinere Packung dieser Tabs gekauft hatte, wollte ich mir einen größeren Vorrat zulegen. Solange man keine Welse in Massen züchtet, kommt man mit dieser Tüte lange hin. Sie riechen angenehm und sämtliche Aquarienbewohner stürzen sich darauf, selbst die, für die es nicht gedacht ist. Es befindet sich kein unnötiger Schnickschnack in den Zutaten. Aufgrund der hohen Qualität habe ich auch am Preis nichts zu meckern. Klare Empfehlung für alle Welsbesitzer!
