I thought this phone has dual sim slots but it has only one reason I returned. Secondly when I charged it became heated up in first 10 mnts and also this suppliers mentioned that this phone has back cover when I opened it there was nothing. Anyway everyone have their own opinion. Thanks

Detailed Product description says it is a dual SIM phone but the one I received is a single SIM phone with a US charger. A warning sticker on box mentions that it should only be used on T-Mobile network.

In my 2 weeks of use below are the pros- 1) Blazing fast charging 2) Good haptics 3) Beautiful display 4) Minimum accidental touches despite of having a curved display. Cons- 1) Buggy software with ColorOS all over with no Android 12 features. 2) OK battery backup with average SOT of 4 to 4 and half hours 3) Garbage front facing camera. 4) Ok rear cameras (Colours always pop out more) Will update the review as per usage and software updates.

I wish to share my service experience with One Plus. Due to screen green line issue. (One plus 10 pro 5G) I contacted Chennai One Plus Service (Mount Road) After one week they informed me to return the device with all accessories including the box. In turn, they had agreed to a refund after depreciation. I accepted and returned my device on 9 Oct 24. They acknowledged it as a service without mentioning the refund and its numerical value. When I asked about it, the service team told me that, as per company policy, they would not mention the amount. But he assured as the reception is built with an audio camera everything is recorded and nothing to worry about. He assured me that within 7 days fund would be returned to my bank account. After 10 days, I am on keep on following this refund issue. So far I had contacted more than 10 persons in one plus connected with issue. But whomever I contact them they will say the amount will be refunded within 24-48 hours or 2-3 days or 5-7 days. Now almost one month since I surrendered my device and begging them for a refund. Many times the service team who took my device will not answer my phone. If they answer, simply ask me to wait they will call back. But they will never call back. I didn't expect this kind of unprofessional practice with this company. In this digital age and this company is dealing with technology products trying to dodge its customers for refunds like this is not acceptable. I wish to share my experience with others. Be cautious with this product and service centre. It shows they are doing business here by dodging customer for their benefit and loot. Be cautious with one plus product and customer care.
