I ordered these a year ago from Amazon. Same name - same item - hit “reorder”. These are about half the thickness, smaller in the other two dimensions as well, the holes are off center and one had to have the threads chased. Finish is crap compared to the previous order too. And it got lost in the mail for a day so I can’t reorder another product before my trip.

I received one of the packages with two pieces missing 👎

Really pissed off with Rhino Rack. Bought these channel nuts thinking they would fit the Vortex cross bar… but noooo. Too thick. Can’t find channel nuts for the Vortex bars anywhere… Doesn’t appear like I can send these back either… pretty sad.
