Brilliant product! The double pump is super efficient, comfortable, and easy to use. It’s saved me so much time and stress and gives me hands-free time to look after little one! Definitely worth the money, would highly recommend!

Cheap useless pumps
The worst customer service experience I have ever received. The pumps were totally useless and I kept getting replacement parts that did nothing for me. This back and forth meant my milk supply didn't establish and I struggled to get it back to a good level. I was then finally told I would get a refund but only if I sent the parts back. I did this, but no refund came. After chasing I was asked for proof of posting to get the refund, I did this as well. Since then, I have been chasing for over two months and getting bounced around but no refund has come through. As a new mum, I have little time spare and yet I'm wasting the bit of downtime I have in chasing to no success. Disgraceful behaviour for a company that says is built for women - such a lack of empathy and respect. The pumps are cheap quality and favour aesthetic over function. Do not recommend.

Brilliant quality and great product.
I used the very first pump with my first born; loved it and this one is even better. Comfortable fit, great to have the app and definitely on par with the hospital grade pump. Makes pumping so much easier and efficient. I highly recommend it to mums purchasing a pump that can be used at home, on the go and whilst you’re holding baby and getting on with your day!

Will give your freedom back!
Easily considered this the best purchase I ever made that's for a new parent. We actually bought two, so can do both breasts at once.I can easily express 100-150ml/session (per breast) at 5 weeks after baby. It's much easier to wash than other pumps and you can do your supermarket shopping without anyone noticing. It's excellent. Before that we've tried the Spectra which CONSTANTLY lost vacuum and fell apart. Absolute waste of money. I was stuck holding it together with both hands like a prisoner. The suction was bad on the Spectra as well. Dont bother with anything else, get this. Plenty of parts available at affordable prices and the fitting guide is a great.Thank you Elvie for giving my freedom back!!!!!

Amazing product! I regret I did not buy it sooner
I have heard great reviews of Elvie but once that I experienced I can just say that this is my third baby and I hated pumping, with my previous pump, Medela automatic, it was slow and very discomfortable but also I hated waste my time pumping and not being able to do anything else... but Elvie is a next level... I bought the double one and it so efficient, I got much more milk supply in half of the time. I love the app! It is so useful, the step by step guide for first use and the way that you can control it! I strongly recommend the product, for me pumping was a nightmare in the past and I was not willing to pump with this baby but after my friend convince to try this one, I can say that I do not hate it anymore! I also love that it comes with 21 and 24 mm shield so can be adapted to your nipple size.

Two months trying to get a functioning replacement part
Our unit came with a tube bent in two places, so it was un-usuable.We requested a replacement part- customer service sent one the next day - the replacement was also bent in two places. So we requested *another* replacement part- this one was *also* bent in two places. Clearly there was a problem with a large batch of their stock, but the customer service team assured me that our experience was "extremely rare".We requested another- this one arrived, also unusuable. Exact same problem. After we sent our fourth customer complaint, the responses from customer service dried up. Maybe because we started asking about getting some money back? We got pushed to the back of the work list at that point. There was a "sorry for the delay" email two weeks ago. Now, today, we finally got our next response (six weeks after buying the initial unit). Elvie isnt offering to replace the unit anymore- not until we've posted back all the defective units so they can take a closer look at them. A reasonable request six weeks ago- not so much now. There was no apology for the delay, or for wasting our time. Now it feels like they dont even believe us anymore. They should probably just send someone to the warehouse to open any random box of tubes, cos I bet they're all the same as the crappy ones they've sent us.I guess we'll send back the nest of bent tubes, assuming we still have them all. I wasn't keeping them to use as christmas decorations so who knows where they are exactly. And after we post them we'll probably wait another two weeks. And then maybe we'll get another defective unit in the post. And then the cycle can continue. We're feeling absolutely exhausted by the whole process. And we're no closer to having a working pump or our money back for the initial defective one. Six weeks. With something like this, it should have been fixed in 24 hours. So yeah, dont buy these pumps unless you want to be writing a lot of complaint letters.

Works well while it works but don't expect it to last long...
The pump worked well (not excellent, but good enough) for a while, was a massive help to express enough for 1-2 night feeds. However it broke after 4 months, after troubleshooting with Elvie customer service it seems that the connect kit and the diaphragm needs to be replaced - but as it's out of the 90 days warranty it will cost £65 to replace these. My fault for not checking the warranty and expecting a full year at the price tag the pump comes at but still massively disappointed.Of course I will now have to purchase the spare parts to make the initial £250 I spent not a total waste...

Better than the Elvie single
Still not great though.. better pump quality and still pretty discreet but quite fiddly and not sure the green bits always align thus meaning no suction or milk
