I got this for my daughter's first birthday and she looked so beautiful in it!! It fit her perfectly and it flares out just right. I definitely vouch for this item if you have any doubts.

This was great quality and the perfect green for my daughter’s costume, the elastic is very comfortable and fits my daughter perfectly who is 18 months. My only con is the bow keeps coming undone but I got glued it to stay.

This tutu is absolutely adorable. I love the volume on it and the little bloomers underneath. The tulle is very soft and not at all scratchy. I originally ordered the 12-24 month size for my almost 1 year old (she wears a 12 month in Carters, Garanimals, Child of Mine, etc. and has a fluffy butt from cloth diapers) and had to return it for the 6-12 month size, which I expect to fit for at least another 6 months. As other reviews mention, the bow is just hot glued on, so I’ll add a couple stitches to hold it down.

I bought this little tutu for my baby to wear at her first birthday party with her "one" onesie. The tutu is the exact light blue I was looking for (similar to Alice's dress!) and so soft! The band is very stretchy and my baby seemed very comfy in it. I loved how poofy it was for pictures, and the built in undies kept it in place as she crawled around. She got cake all over it and it washed beautifully. For reference, my baby is wearing 6-9 month clothes and weighs 16.5 lb. I think this would fit a large range of babies, as indicated by the 0-24 month sizing! Overall, definitely recommend!

This is an adorable little tutu. I love the built-in shorties. I did not think they would be useful, but they definitely were. They help hold the tutu in place around my toddlers bottom. True to size. The tulle is very soft and does not catch and stick to itself. Would definitely recommend.

When I first saw it the first thing that crossed my mind was how puffy and full it looks and then I wasn't particularly excited to touch it because I was sure the texture was gonna be not pleasant... I was wrong! It is so incredibly soft I didn't wanted to stop touching it. A pleasant surprise. Also I like the idea of it not going all over the place. I bought it because I knew the dress my daughter is gonna wear on the 31st wasn't gonna have that ball gown look but now I am so please to say that I'm gonna make he wear this as much as possible in spring when it's warmer. I simply love it

You absolutely can NOT beat this price for this beautiful tutu!! We have many many tutus and this is our FAVORITE. True to size and SUPER comfy not your typical itchy tutu, plus LOVE LOVE that it has built in panties. Layers are fluffy & gorgeous. Used for 1st Birthday/Christmas pics & will likely use for Valentines Day, and maybe 4th of July LOL.Will be getting in other colors!! Shipping was fast.

This is adorable on. Full and big, also softer than most similar skirts. Looks and feel more expensive than it was.
