Quality control issues
Update: After my prior negative review for receiving a defective unit, the seller reached out to me and sent a replacement light. I changed the rating to 4 because these really are nice lights but we shouldn’t have to leave a negative review just to receive support. I do recommend this product and hope the seller will continue to provide support to future customers.These lights are beautiful and well priced but… I received one of the six lights completely broken. Because I liked the other 5 so much I decided to not return them and try to talk directly to the seller to handle a replacement of the one light. They responded promptly to my first complaint asking for pictures of the broken light and with a list of user checks just to make sure it wasn’t my fault. I responded promptly with photos and a detailed explanation but they stopped responding and I am still stuck missing light. Just beware if you buy that they do not seem to stand by their product.

My third set!
These are the most realistic torches…absolutely looks like real flames. Solar charge lasts all night. My first set is three years old, and still work perfectly. I have gifted these to family, and they love them. By the way, I put a few of these by my garden…and the deer are no longer a problem. They are convinced the flames are real!
