Q: Im 235 pounds what size thongs would fit me best i know every brand is different i dint want them tight or to stretch out either

They do have a lot of stretch, I’m 129 lbs and got the medium but reordered smalls. Not sure if large or x-large would work but these are really nice!

Q: How is the width? Had an issue with… slipping out of the skims ones

If you mean the crotch, the width is pretty adequate. These have stayed in place for me all day and are really comfortable. I honestly forget I'm wearing them.

This must be a joke! Of course a man can wear these. I have no idea if they will fit a medium build. :)

It’s cotton so yes. However the crotch area is small because they’re thongs.
