WEN 6010 6-Inch Waxer/Polisher

I bought this WEN 6010 polisher to work on my Mazda CX-5, and it did a fantastic job. I had never used a machine for polishing or buffing a car before, but this tool made it incredibly easy to get the hang of. I spent about 3 hours using it for a full detailing session. First, I used it to remove light scratches and swirl marks with Turtle Wax Ceramic Acrylic Black Polish, and then I used it again to finish up with Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Acrylic Black Car Wax Spray. I ended up using four different bonnets for each stage of the process. While the tool comes with two terry cloth bonnets, I highly recommend ordering a pack of 5/6-inch microfiber bonnets to go with it. After 3 hours of continuous work, your hands will definitely feel tired from the vibration, but the end results are absolutely worth it. This little machine gets the job done. As a huge bonus for anyone without easy access to a garage wall outlet: this polisher only draws about 60 watts. I was able to run it perfectly using a 12V 240-watt inverter hooked up to my car, and it didn't skip a beat. For under $30, I have absolutely no regrets about this purchase. It is no wonder this polisher has been a #1 best seller for a long time. If you are a beginner looking to try machine polishing for the first time, this is a fantastic choice!

I have a few WEN products, and they’ve all worked great—this one is no different. It’s a solid little waxer/polisher that does exactly what you need it to. It’s lightweight and easy to handle, which makes it perfect for longer sessions without getting tired. It spreads wax evenly and does a good job bringing out a nice shine without a lot of effort. The build quality is good for the price, and it feels reliable for regular use. It’s not a heavy-duty professional tool, but that’s not what it’s meant for. Overall, definitely recommend it for someone doing occasional waxing and polishing. Great value and gets the job done.

Overall this is a great device. Its the right weight and size to be very confident and comfortable with handling. The noise level is amazing, by far the best part of it. Like others have said the power button leaves a bit to be desired, i found if you pull it off the surface and lift it up and 90degrees, you can flip it off much easier opposed to “pushing” against the force. Removes enpugh swirl marks to make you think it just came from the shady car dealer that always looks so shiny. For what this is - if you are like me this the one for you. Its cheap, works well, decent build quality, excellent results and super quiet. You will be impressed with the outcome if you take your time. At times i wish it had a bit higher speed but for what its with you will have the cleanest one on the block for sure

This polisher works well and gets the job done. It’s pretty fast and does a good job when waxing or polishing. I used it on a larger vehicle, and it handled it without any issues. The only downside is it can get a little uncomfortable to hold after a while, especially if you’re doing a full car or SUV. Your hand might get tired during longer use. Other than that, it’s a solid polisher and works exactly how you’d expect.

I saw the reviews that said these were very heavy, didnt really believe it, thought that maybe it was a weak person or small female but nope, these are seriously heavy, you will grow tired holding it up with one arm. But for the price it cant be beat.

When a percussion gun style messager malfunctioned I didn't want another. Plantar fasciitis a annoying and painful condition that it turns out reacts negatively to percussion style message. I found that there are specialized messsgers that work better for this. Random orbital plate messagers. They sell for hundreds of dollars labeled as that. But, they are the same thing as this random orbital buffer for a lot less. The smaller size works best on the feet we found. I also got a 10 inch Ryobi cordless buffer for the legs and back and is variable speed. If you do the same find batteries and a charger also as the Ryobi is the tool only. This WEN buffer is 1 speed. Warning even if the pad is moving slow it still can cause a rug burn effect on bare skin. Like any message unit use with care. Since this is not sold as a messager keep in mind power tools are exactly that. Powerful. The handling of this is easy. It fits a large hand perfectly. The unit seems very well made and durable. Easy to use. Comes with 2 pads. I layered them the softer on the outside mainly to shape the foam support. The texture feels smooth on the skin. Pay attention to how it warms up the contact point. It is not revolutions making it warm. Its the random orbit that causes it. Even if the pad does not spin. My sweetheart says this and the Ryobi are only about a million times better than the percussion gun style messager. Excellent product. Solid build. Recommended for buffing of course and as a messager.

For the money, this is a decent waxer/polisher. I purchased to buff out a scratch on the windshield and honestly, it did a decent job (I used a windshield scratch cream). It is not too heavy and I was able to use with no issues. Speed is decent, it's not really loud, the head spins effectively and the price was right.

No soy profesional, por eso compré esta pulidora orbital, para no invertir mucho dinero. Es de muy buena calidad y hace el trabajo demasiado fácil, lo único malo son las borlas que trae (Por el precio no puedes exigir mucho), yo mejor compre una aparte. La pulidora como tal es noble 3 pasadas a cada parte del carro y pule bien, es para pinturas nuevas y seminuevas o pinturas sin muchos daños. Sobre todo excelente por si te gusta hacer las propias cosas al auto y distraerte un rato. La he usado por mas de 10min continuos y funciona bien, hasta ahora pulí con ella completamente mi auto y quede muy satisfecho.

Unable to use it as it keeps blowing fuses

I really like this Wen Polisher for it's size and the fact I can hold it with one hand. The 6 inch size is just perfect for my small compact Toyota pickup. For those with a larger vehicle I would recommend getting a 10-12 inch polisher. Wen products have been around for years and I have always found them to be of excellent quality and reliability. I bought a 10 inch Wen polisher over 20 years ago and it still works. However I always found it a little cumbersome to use because you need two hands to hold and work it properly. So slowly over the years I found myself using it less and less to the point of just polishing my truck by hand. Not so with this little 6 inch Wen polisher! It's smaller but no too small and I found it easier to manoeuvre into tighter spaces and to hold for longer periods of time. I would not hesitate to recommend this polisher to anyone wanting to polish their vehicle.

This gets the job done for the price. It doubles as a great hand and arm massager as it will rattle your whole upper body while using it. Seriously though, it actually does a great job of back massage. Not quite a "Thumper" but a lot better than others I've seen advertised for the task!
