WEN 6010 6-Inch Waxer/Polisher

I bought this WEN 6010 polisher to work on my Mazda CX-5, and it did a fantastic job. I had never used a machine for polishing or buffing a car before, but this tool made it incredibly easy to get the hang of. I spent about 3 hours using it for a full detailing session. First, I used it to remove light scratches and swirl marks with Turtle Wax Ceramic Acrylic Black Polish, and then I used it again to finish up with Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Acrylic Black Car Wax Spray. I ended up using four different bonnets for each stage of the process. While the tool comes with two terry cloth bonnets, I highly recommend ordering a pack of 5/6-inch microfiber bonnets to go with it. After 3 hours of continuous work, your hands will definitely feel tired from the vibration, but the end results are absolutely worth it. This little machine gets the job done. As a huge bonus for anyone without easy access to a garage wall outlet: this polisher only draws about 60 watts. I was able to run it perfectly using a 12V 240-watt inverter hooked up to my car, and it didn't skip a beat. For under $30, I have absolutely no regrets about this purchase. It is no wonder this polisher has been a #1 best seller for a long time. If you are a beginner looking to try machine polishing for the first time, this is a fantastic choice!

I have a few WEN products, and they’ve all worked great—this one is no different. It’s a solid little waxer/polisher that does exactly what you need it to. It’s lightweight and easy to handle, which makes it perfect for longer sessions without getting tired. It spreads wax evenly and does a good job bringing out a nice shine without a lot of effort. The build quality is good for the price, and it feels reliable for regular use. It’s not a heavy-duty professional tool, but that’s not what it’s meant for. Overall, definitely recommend it for someone doing occasional waxing and polishing. Great value and gets the job done.

Overall this is a great device. Its the right weight and size to be very confident and comfortable with handling. The noise level is amazing, by far the best part of it. Like others have said the power button leaves a bit to be desired, i found if you pull it off the surface and lift it up and 90degrees, you can flip it off much easier opposed to “pushing” against the force. Removes enpugh swirl marks to make you think it just came from the shady car dealer that always looks so shiny. For what this is - if you are like me this the one for you. Its cheap, works well, decent build quality, excellent results and super quiet. You will be impressed with the outcome if you take your time. At times i wish it had a bit higher speed but for what its with you will have the cleanest one on the block for sure

My chiropractor recommended that I purchase this exact brand of waxer/polisher to help loosen my tight back muscles. I was skeptical at first, but it actually worked for me. The vibration and the heat loosened the muscles. I could only tolerate it for a few minutes at a time, but it was helpful for me. I never would have imagined that this could be a chiropractic tool, but I guess it has multiple uses. It may be worth asking your physician or chiropractor about this.

Work better than I believe

This is my short review of this product, this polisher is quiet large, Not recommended if your hands are small just like mine, its not comfortable when using this because of the large housing, it give me strain in my hands and wrist and I did not started my project yet, its not ergonomic and one thing is too much vibration I'm not sure if this is normal to this tool or its needs adjustment. I think a polisher with something to grip on is more likely comfortable than this tool, maybe a with large hands can fully grip this tool but its not working for me, not recommend for small hands, it would be great if the manufacturer can make a smaller version of this tool, the only thing I like is the price.

Light weight and does a good job getting my ceramic wax off. Makes a big job soooo much easier than buffing by hand. And I feel it was worth the investment by saving time and wear and tear on my hands and arm.

For the money, this is a decent waxer/polisher. I purchased to buff out a scratch on the windshield and honestly, it did a decent job (I used a windshield scratch cream). It is not too heavy and I was able to use with no issues. Speed is decent, it's not really loud, the head spins effectively and the price was right.

No soy profesional, por eso compré esta pulidora orbital, para no invertir mucho dinero. Es de muy buena calidad y hace el trabajo demasiado fácil, lo único malo son las borlas que trae (Por el precio no puedes exigir mucho), yo mejor compre una aparte. La pulidora como tal es noble 3 pasadas a cada parte del carro y pule bien, es para pinturas nuevas y seminuevas o pinturas sin muchos daños. Sobre todo excelente por si te gusta hacer las propias cosas al auto y distraerte un rato. La he usado por mas de 10min continuos y funciona bien, hasta ahora pulí con ella completamente mi auto y quede muy satisfecho.

Unable to use it as it keeps blowing fuses

No issues, many miles. The only complaint I can see being an issue is the pad might work itself loose on the bottom, but I think I am doing ok because i am careful of butting up against my edges, not working it on the edge, or hitting something. So far, the pad is still good. (reviews mentioned pad coming off) I think if it ever comes loose, and it has not been abused, it would be a simple fix with the right glue, or silicone anyways, so I am not worried. I have ran my unit many hours now, using it where I probably should of used my larger polisher, but I just like the small one because its so easy to move around. The power switch feels a bit sticky, as when i lift the unit off, i dont let it spin and want to power it off quickly, but I seem to miss turning it off as I tend to flick it, and its stiffer than that. Other than that, fits the hand nice, its light, and does orbital very well. I get a really nice gloss on the worse of projects with this polisher. So far, it has been GREAT. Price makes it even better!

Excelente para su uso en casa y para vehículos incluso grandes como camionetas. Las revoluciones son adecuadas para pulir y encerar en modo casero. Creo que NO es para un taller o un uso más constante. Para 1-2 coches es excelente y la verdad te deja el coche impecable con una buena cera de calidad. Me gusto también que no pesa y no se hace cansado su uso incluso encerando 2 coches en la misma mañana.
