WG-026 10-Piece Test Lead Set with Alligator Clips, 22 AWG, 20.5-Inch

Back in the ’80s, we used to see these things attached to a flashy set of bird feathers and called them “roach clips.” That’s definitely not what I bought these for. I’m a long-time hobbyist and DIY tinkerer, often testing or troubleshooting electronics or wiring things together quickly to prove a concept. Sometimes I’ll pick up used car audio gear and bench test it to see if it needs repair. This set of test leads makes those temporary electrical connections simple, secure, and reliable. I actually ordered them because the quantity-to-price ratio was impressive — but the quality far exceeded my expectations. I purchased these WGGE alligator clip test leads and have been very pleased with them. The wires are flexible, the clips have a solid grip, and the soldered connections appear well made. Edit: update with pictures after reading new reviews on the negative side, my review is on what I received on my initial review look at pictures the clips are slightly shorter but length and soldered ends are all correct apparently going through some of my reviews tonight products aren’t what they used to be unfortunately so my reviews are based on time and what I personally received ok I just have to say wow when my package arrived I picked it up and the weight was awesome heavy. i’m like real copper and afterwards took everything out of packaging each cable is soldered and heavy gauge all product info is on back of packaging I definitely will buy these again if I need more, the price was higher than others but thats due to the quality of these. don’t be cheap these are awesome post pictures when using them in use as I forgot whike doing one of my many projects

Note 22ga wire. These are low voltage test leads, not booster cables. Seem to be good enough for what I have to use them for. Good price for what they are.

Purchased these since my own were kind of old and a wire kept poking me. Anyway, these are well made, the gator clips are not that large with is good, however, do not really have good spring power to hold them on any thing larger than 1/4". Also, I wish the wire was a little larger than 22 gauge, that's pretty light when jumping voltages. I would have preferred 18 gauge.
