Smatree 16 inch Hard Protective Laptop Sleeve Case for 16 inch Samsung Galaxy Book 5/4/3 Pro 360, Legion 5 Pro Gen 7/LegionPro 5i Gen 8, ThinkPad P16v Laptop Sleeve Case

I bought this case to try to prevent TSA from finally destroying my laptop. The laptop was dropped from the TSA rolling conveyors at the airport. Fortunately, the only thing damaged was the removable protective plastic screen on the outside of the laptop. The protective plastic screen looked horrible! So I removed it and threw it away. Anyway, here's what I found about this Smatree case. The case IS a hard shell, and it has a felt-like material inside. When I first placed my LG Gram 13-14" laptop in it, I was not expecting the laptop to fit snugly. Just like Goldilocks, I was just hoping that the case would not be too small nor too big but just right. And that's what I found. Together with the laptop, I placed my mouse pad, literature for the laptop, for my digital watch, etc., and the paperwork for my handicapped placard in the case. Those made the laptop stop sliding around inside the case, and they made for a snug (but not tight) fit, as well as for a good storage solution. I just love it when a plan comes together! Quality of the materials, the zippers, appear to be excellent. The entire case appears to have been made by a Chinese company located in Germany. We'll see over time how durable the case is. Right now, though, I have a premonition that the entire case will last 'til I croak.

This sleeve is nice, well made, and fits nicely the macbook. Would buy again

Bought this Smartree hard sleeve case for my Galaxy Book 4 laptop, fits like a glove and the laptop is well protected.

Compare to their counterparts it's good. (I tried 3 similar class cases/sleve that seem very similar.) But there are better for less. I do like the outter skin material and side straps to hold it open to a 90 degree is a plus. But the zipper could be better material, the inner padding should be less spaced out, and it doesn't fully fit my 15.6 slim gamers laptop's thickness, which is why I choose another case.
