It’s convenient and makes me feel comfortable.

I love everything about it. I use it every night before going to bed.

I ordered this for circulation problems. Works wonderfully. The only thing wrong is it has a tendency to vibrate forward if not on proper flooring.

The remote does not work. I even replaced the battery with a new one and it still does not work. The remote was a selling point for me as I have spine issues and can't bend over. I need a remote.

I am having some issues with leg pain due to a local tower situation. Finding ways to combat this pain has been a challenge. I was hoping this might help.HEAVYThe first thing is that this machine is HEAVY. I don't think most people used to lifting relatively substantial things will mind, but if you are older or weak at all in the arms or legs, you might need someone to move it for you if you have to store it away from location you will use it from.CORDThe cord is barely long enough to plug in behind the couch and then use it in front of the couch. Be prepared to get an extension that is rated strong enough to support the unit.REMOTEThe remote is easy to use and kind of nice to have so you don't have to bend down.LOUD?I could still watch TV with this on, but it does make some noise,, not super loud.HOW DOES IT WORK?This works well. It is pretty powerful. It does have a rubberized bottom on it so that it stays in place perfectly on the carpet, but on a slick floor, I am not sure- you may need a rubberized mat under it.The feet will vibrate and roll in various combinations you set it to do.DOES IT HELP?I have to say that this actually does feel pretty nice when I am done. It runs for the full cycle I set it at and then it stops. It is easy to read and tell what is going on so there are not any surprises when it shuts off.THE BOTTOM LINEThis does help my feet and lower legs some to work them out when tense and painful. It does not stop the pain, but it does help ease it a bit.MY RATINGFOUR STARS. This is pretty heavy and hard to move and could use a handle of some sort built into it. Otherwise it is a pretty nice unit. I am not sure how long it will last, but hopefully enough to get some nice workouts for my feet from it.

Testing this massager, first and foremost the rollers are hard and only roll one way and doesn’t work when you put it on low. Second, it is kind of big and a little heavy. Third, the vibration is pretty strong. I would not recommend this item if you are truly looking for relaxation. There was nothing exciting about it so I did return it.

One drawback is that the massager 'travels' a lot. I am looking for a rubber pad to put under it to keep it in place while turned on. Otherwise a great purchase.
